"Very rude staff, service was horrendous. Meal came missing half of the sides, was told upon ordering that everything was available and then only when the food arrived “sorry those sides aren’t actually available”. Still charged full price. Very old man unwell across the street so my friend asked for some water to give to him. Staff sneered and were extremely rude and derogatory about the old unwell gentlemen which was frankly embarrassing to be in the presence of. Waitress then rudely said they’d have to amend the bill to add on the water bottle for the man! Waitress then clearly stupid as couldn’t half the bill amount correctly. Shambles and I’m embarrassed to have been there and will be posting on every social media and review website going that this place is disgusting in every sense of the word. As a local resident and active community member I’m going to make sure everyone knows of my experience. Staff should be ashamed of themselves."

First waitress who was older and had darker hair had a terrible attitude and was rude. Forgot items from the order and dismissed us. Such a shame as I’ve had wonderful experiences at the Kensington cafe.

The waitress was super attentive and friendly and provided an excellent service. The food seemed slightly overpriced for what it was but it was yummy overall. It’s a cute little spot slightly hidden away

This was not a great experience. Exceptionally rude staff, we were rushed in and out even though we had a 1.5 hour booking and the food was extremely plain for the price. Tables outside were cramped with no social distancing, just generally a let down.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. Our table was reserved for 8:30 PM, but we didn’t get seated until nearly 9:00 PM. We had to stand outside in the cold for 30 minutes. We were promised two glasses of prosecco while we waited, but they never arrived. When my friend ordered a burger, they informed us that they had run out of burger buns. Instead of a proper bun, the burger was served on two slices of plain white bread, which they claimed was sourdough, but it was just a Warburton loaf.
