delivery time twice postponed; food came over an hour late, although two hours before the order was accepted!?

eating was very tasty, but the prices of the small portions you get are not justified. Eating was also only lukewarm.

this chipotle is not different from the chipotles in the states. I'm just glad I can have it here in Germany if I decide to drive about 3.5 hours. Voir le carte

I missed chipotle. Last time we drove to frankfurt, we stopped and ate chipotle. as we remember. great salsa, chips and chicken dishes, tastes simple.

all right. only at the bowl, ordered with salat, there were really only ne handful of salad strips, which was really thin. otherwise all top, just a little bit tedious.

eating was okay, but the order was wrong, this has happened several times with this place. the order is either wrong or comes 30 minutes after request, the order was made in 2 hours in advance Voir le carte

Delivery time:30min, 30 min too late! ordered for 14:45, only delivered at 15:15! very annoying! especially the statement of the driver, or even no understandable German/English skills were available. very frustrating

I didn’t get their names but the staff working today evening (26/03 at around 18:30/19h) were amazing!! They were super friendly and helped me decide my order since it was my first time and the bowl was absolutely delicious! Thank you

One of the workers didn’t know the difference between some of the ingredients and the cashier forgot my drink. My friend’s wrap was extremely soggy and ended up not eating it because they put a huge amount of corn juice in it. It was dripping wet. Overall a disappointing experience. Food was very mediocre. Nuce concept but it wasn’t a smooth experience. Chipotle is overhyped. Voir le carte
