We ate last night at Chili Casa and really liked everything we ordered. The favorite was the spicy shredded beef and the Dan Dan noodles. My son-in-law ordered the spicy fried noodles and liked them too. Nice waiters too.

We came in at 5:10 pm. 1 hour into dinner- only soup, ramen and fried pork arrived. 1 hour 30 mins into dinner- still no fried rice, main dish and noodles!! The worst service ever. Ended up canceling all remaining orders.

Long wait times and rude staff especially the owner lady. The waiters were helpful but the main lady was simply rude and horrible. Never again. I wouldn’t bother going here. The food when it did arrive was not bad though. However Chinese restaurants with better service, food and attitude nearby. I wouldn’t bother with this restaurant. Should’ve cancelled my order but felt bad for the boys working for her. Voir le carte

The best food experience we had in Firenze! Chilli Casa serves up delectable tasty popular Asian cuisines from across the continent with friendly staff and without the 2€ cover charge you'll find at every other establishment in the vicinity. We ordered the special fried rice, crispy duck, udon noodles, and mixed tempura. Everything was delicious and devoured expeditiously. The only regret is not eating there every night of our stay in the lack luster food destination of Florence.

We ordered spring rolls, a wonton soup and chicken fried rice. The waiter asked if we would like it all at once which we said yes. The spring rolls came out about 10 minutes later, they were OK. The soup followed about 10 minutes after this and it too was OK. Three other tables that arrived after us finished their meals and left while we were still waiting for the rice. I asked that waiter for it and he said its coming. I got up to leave about 20 minutes later just as the waiter bought out our final dish. It was clearly forgotten about, no apology. Wait time of over an hour so would definitely not go back.

We came by this place by chance and we were craving for Chinese food. It looked authentic and there were more orientals inside than westerners. For a chinese restaurant, that’s always a good sign. We were not disappointed. We ordered a tofu dish, twice cooked pork with green chilli and nau chai (a mainly veg dish in chilli broth), all eaten with rice. The vegetable didn’t disappoint (my wife loved it) and the pork and tofu dishes were as authentic as it gets. Only complaint would be that the pork was a tad salty though it was very tasty when eaten with rice. Staff was friendly and service was fast.
