"Un lugar que pasa desapercibido en Marbella porque está un poco escondido. Está en la entrada de la Urbanización El Rosario, justo enfrente de la entrada del Club de Tenis el Casco. El ambiente del local es muy agradable, el personal es muy agradable y profesional. Con respecto a la comida, probamos el tartar de salmón, un pan bao con pollo y una corvina con una salsa muy buena. El ambiente en general es agradable y se está a gusto. Suele haber bastante guiri, debido a la zona donde está situado."

"In the first place we got the place itself, on a small high by the sea, on a very nice beach of fine sand. they put us on a table of the interior but with terrace open to a few views to enjoy. in very hot days I recommend booking in this area instead of outside. They have a very varied menu of rice, fish, seafood and meat. the very good food, a black rice of the best I've ever tasted, and the dishes we saw around didn't demean, very good looks. The staff is very attentive and friendly. they have details with children as a children's card and two areas with table and chairs with coloring material, which are appreciated. we will repeat if we have occasion."

"Fernando y Encarni, o como se llama ahora el El Chiri, es un chiringuito a pie de playa en el cual hace falta reserva ya que se suele llenar. Con unos precios asequibles y una calidad razonable, lo que más nos gustó fue el arroz negro y los calamares. Lo más destacable del sitio es que habitualmente tiene música en directo sobre las 17 de la tarde lo cual es ideal para tomar una copa tranquilamente después de comer. Recomendable."

"I was shocked that at all places spanies the best food I've ever had. as vegetarian, I am used to survive on chips and eggs when I visit Spain. not in el lago. each curs was a brand new experience for me. so much thought I had gone to the menu and all the food was excellent. also the surroundings of the restaurant is stunning. the service was wonderful. all in all an absolute gem of a restaurant. can't wait to go back."

"Excellent service. Many vegetarian options, fewer vegan. They offered to veganize a couple of options for me. From their main menu. They have a tapas menu with hummus, guacamole and falafel (they come with a yogurt sauce but that can be easily omitted).The chilli was good, spicy, as in flavoursome, but not hot. Very popular with British and families. Seating inside and outside. The thing that I really enjoyed was the meal tasted home cooked. No vegan desserts on the day I went, but was offered a fruit salad. I don't know if vegan desserts are available normally. I did not see the vegan English breakfast that another reviewer mentions."
