In this case the originality comes from the way you can request your meal. As soon as you get into this shop they give you a sheet of paper with six logical steps to assemble your sandwich. First, you can choose the kind of meat: scottona (a kind of young female cattle) or pork or chicken. Second, you can add two side dishes chosen among about twenty of them. Then you can specify the kind of bread, the cooking grade of meat (rare, medium, well done), the cheese and if desired the kind of sauce. All combinations, add up to a number so large that, if eaten once a day, it will require more than a lifetime, to taste all of them. Simply amazing."

Absolutely fantastic selection of local and well selected produce. The owner is practically a professor of cheeses and his passion shows. Great choice of drinks to enjoy while you peruse..you can construct your own burger or plate and the price is fantastic. Whether you eat your creation there or take it to you home or hotel you will not be disappointed. My advice is to choose two. Eat one there, then take the second home. You will definately want to try another. Staff are helpful to locals and tourists. Truly an amazing burger cooked to perfection. Thankyou for guiding me to just what I needed. I wish I could give 6 stars. Awesome.
