Carluccios St Pancras

service was pleasant and efficient. our meal was ready and was delicious. one of us is celiac. carluccio also offers an extensive gluten-free menu. excellent.

The food was delicious and the staff were very attentive and gave exceptional service. We didn't feel rushed and was surprised when we left that it was over three hours

Food was awful, pasta old and stuck together. No offer of Parmesan or pepper. Atmosphere was dated and old, toilets were disgusting! Service wasn’t bad but overall experience wasn’t nice Voir le carte

a very pleasant place in this well-built station. reminiscent of john betcheman (sp are charming it is good to feel part of all. eating is excellent and a simple, unbroken way to spend the lunchtime.

the personal was very attentive. they were short staff, but eating was still fast. the presentation of food was good and very tasty. reasonable price for london. handy for my trip of kings crossing station

I was really looking forward to dining here for really hearty Italian food, the staff were surly and disinterested and the food lukewarm and microwaved, what a disappointment, we wont be going back and we tell others not to bother Voir le carte

Staff were so miserable it felt an uncomfortable place to be. Food was good. We planned to stay and enjoy a bottle of wine with our meal whilst waiting for our train but it felt so uncomfortable and that we were putting the staff out we didn't even order it! Disappointing end to a lovely weekend

I booked online and was even reminded online about my booking, so it was a little disappointing to turn up at the right time and they didn't have my booking. Knife and fork not really appropriate for my starter but they brought a small spoon when asked. Service declined to little more than zero after 7 pm when they were starting to clear up hard to get attention. my guest seemed happy with choices however.

All aspects of Carluccios at St Pancras are perfect. The convenient location at a key transport hub, the magnificent architecture (if like John Betjeman you are a railway architecture enthusiast), the charming and helpful service, the extensive menu choice, the efficient service and the excellent food and wine all combine to ensure a memorable and very pleasant dining experience.
