Sono stata a pranzo a Carbonella con un gruppo di amici. Tutto veramente squisito, ambiente, cibo, personale. Sapori ricercati, piatti abbondanti e prezzo equilibrato ai prodotti. We ate everything from appetizer to dessert without forgetting wine and bitters... in short I recommend it! You feel at home at Carbonella. Martina and Mattia are really great, kind and prepared. They can advise you according to the needs of the family, from children to adults and are very helpful and smiling. You can see they love their work. We took ascolana olives, herbal dumplings, cacio tortelli and pepper, steak and two really special desserts. To the children homemade tagliatelle with tomato. Me and my fabulous life partner have been to dinner at this place, and without any delay we can admit that it has exceeded our expectations. We start from the service, it seemed to be in a star restaurant! The super prepared and smiling waitress, always available and ready to meet our every need. The owner has a nice morning but still a professional. You can see she loves her job. As for the kitchen, the meat is a mistress. Quality of raw material excellent and processed in the best way. No doubt the best steak in the province. We will definitely come back after taking the salary!
