Sono stata a pranzo a Carbonella con un gruppo di amici. Tutto veramente squisito, ambiente, cibo, personale. Sapori ricercati, piatti abbondanti e prezzo equilibrato ai prodotti. Just put on a Sunday at lunch, surprisingly happy to find us this little and super cozy chicca.. nice location, professional staff and owners Top! We ate everything from appetizer to dessert without forgetting wine and bitters... in short I recommend it! Typical and excellent products, the Carne is a mistress but also everything else does not joke!!! We'll be safe.

We were invited to a dinner to celebrate a baptism, so the restaurant was reserved only for us. We ate a fixed menu: appetizers, tortelloni cacio and pepper, tagliatelle with ragù, mixed meat and contour. Food of excellent quality. Although Carbonella is not in Firenze, the type of beef and the quality of its cuts are quite equivalent. We had the T-bone Marchigiana, which is local and very good in this area. Surprised to see Waygu from Japan! Also the local speciality of the filled olives and Lardo crossing with rosemary. Everything very tasty with vino rosso. Ambience is a little bland and not remarkable. Service was very friendly and helpful. We had a good meal, so def recommend.

Beautiful place is the first time and we will return, beautiful place well maintained and clean, impeccable service, TOP staff with the owner turn to give a service that I have never seen in other places, good food of excellent quality, a tip? You feel at home at Carbonella. Martina and Mattia are really great, kind and prepared. They can advise you according to the needs of the family, from children to adults and are very helpful and smiling. You can see they love their work. We took ascolana olives, herbal dumplings, cacio tortelli and pepper, steak and two really special desserts. To the children homemade tagliatelle with tomato. All accompanied by good wine and friendliness. Beautiful location. Absolutely recommended.

It was a few years that I wanted to try Carbonella in Rio Salso. Finally a few days ago I had the opportunity! Just a few seconds to figure out what we're talking about, a place where, even if you've never been, you feel at home in the real sense of the word! The welcome of Mattia and Martina is warm and sincere but at the same time professional. It's between friends. You go from a few chats to get to know the exact description of the delicacies that are cooking in the kitchen. And in the kitchen there is no normal grill.. there is Josper an oven-grille of Spanish origin that allows to grill, toast, smoke with vegetable coal creating an unparalleled juicy and crisp final product.
