Caffe Nero - Carte

My regular coffee house. Friendly staff and some good coffee makers there. Just need to have a sense of urgency when customers are waiting.

Two of us popped in on a busy morning for a coffee and a bottle of water. There was a queue,but service was done in reasonable time. Prices about average for this type of cafe,chairs very comfortable,and staff efficient and polite.

Cortado coffee, straight in, pleasant staff member kept out spirits up with some fun chat, while the coffee was ,being made. All was good, coffee tasty and hot, and they are doing a good job with covid social distancing in their shop. Voir le carte

The staff at this Caffe Nero are incredibly friendly, talkative, and accommodating. Out of all the Caffe Nero locations I have visited, this particular one makes the best coffee. I would highly recommend them and give them a perfect score of 10 out of 10!

Me and my daughter went in today for a drink after school today. We were served by Graham and Sam, they were so welcoming and friendly. The covid safety is really good and so organised. Everything was absolutely spotless. We were served very quickly and our drinks were lovely. Can't wait to go back soon!

The server was a lovely woman with long brown hair who was polite and friendly. The coffee was amazing and I love Neros, I hope it doesn't suffer the same fate as other brands. The only criticism I have is that the floor was a bit dirty. Overall, they did a great job of making my morning coffee enjoyable. Voir le carte

I do go in here quite a lot , staff are really nice and I do like the atmosphere in here of course the coffee and food isn’t cheap but then most of the coffee chains arnt , the coffee is really good as is the food the bucket chairs are really comfy but they do need some new ones some are split but very enjoyable place

I don't think I'll be able to visit this place again after witnessing a DEEPLY UNPLEASANT woman with three children who had nothing but menacing and threatening comments to make to two of the children, the entire time. The female child of approximately 5 or 6 years old actually got smacked by the mother completely unnecessarily, and after her brother had hit her anyway. Unfortunately this area is marred by an army of disgusting pikey scum, ruining the enjoyment of this coffee bar which IS run by decent people. I'll be using only the Canterbury branches from now on.

I went to this restaurant today with some friends and had a negative experience with the male barista with long hair. When I politely clarified that we would be paying separately, he responded sarcastically and rolled his eyes. I was taken aback by his rude behavior, especially since the restaurant was not busy. He rolled his eyes again when I placed my order, and I left feeling uncomfortable with my drink. The drink itself was more like weak chocolate water than a frappe and was priced higher than it should have been. Overall, I do not plan on returning to this coffee shop as it seems to have declined in quality over the past few years. Voir le carte
