Caffe Concerto 78 Brompton Road

One of my favourite places to eat. The meal was good but didn’t like the wine. We had the Pinot Grigio. Service was excellent

I’ve had breakfast and breakfast was very good but lunch was definitely not good very disappointed indeed the chicken escalope wasn’t good I’ll probably never return to this chain.

The restaurant was just alright. There was nothing particularly special about it; the food, ambiance, and service were all just okay (although not very friendly). I was hoping for a bit more. With some more smiles and warm scones instead of slightly cold ones, it could be a really great place. Voir le carte

The food was very average compared to the price charging. Half the things on the menu they didn’t even have. The pasta was very hard and chewy. The first waiter who took our order sohit was very rude and shaked his head after we ordered. The manager is telling the waiters off infront of everyone. Not professional definitely would not recommend. £95 for three pastas. Definitely not work it.

The hostess was confused by our booking didn't check what we were telling her, led us to the wrong table and then basically gave up and told us to sit wherever. Drinks took a very long time. There was construction work going on inside the building (at lunchtime) drills and hammering no apologies made from staff. Had to ask several times for sauces. Just not great at all given the price and location.

I have visited this restaurant multiple times, and this was by far the worst experience. There was an overwhelming smell of burnt greasy food, which lingered on my clothes after leaving. The staff was slow and unapologetic when my food had to be sent back. It took 6 staff members just to confirm our reservation, and they were clueless about serving champagne properly. The service was very poor, the food was greasy, and they tried to charge a service fee on top of it all. It was a disgusting experience, and I will not be returning. Voir le carte

I have never come across such rude staff. I had a wowcher voucher and I was already booked in, which a member of staff from this branch booked me in. But when I turned up the guy checking in told me about 5 times that they do not accept vouchers on Saturdays! It was very embarrassing and I showed him my booking. They then proceeded to come over and check my voucher 3 times! They treated us like dirt on the floor just because we had a voucher! I wouldn’t go here again if someone paid me, unbelievable how we were treated. Really sad that a nice afternoon gift that was given to me got ruined. And the staff ruined my whole day.

The food was good, but I was disappointed that the menu was different from what was advertised online. The prices were higher than The Ivy, where the food and service are top-notch. The restaurant itself was aesthetically pleasing, but the service was the worst I've experienced. Despite the abundance of staff, there was a lack of organization. Getting someone's attention was nearly impossible, and the wait between placing orders and receiving food was unusually long. What was supposed to be a quick lunch turned into a two-and-a-half-hour ordeal. After reading other reviews, it seems like many others have had a similar experience. Personally, I would not return to this restaurant or recommend...

Big disappointment booked for treat for friend. On arrival was told no booking so showed email confirmation. Ordered drink and food. Drinks came wrong drink sent back got correct order. Then food came I ordered carbonara when it came. Sauce seperated pool of butter in bottom. Bacon was just fat not pancetta. Waiter put Parmesan cheese on. Complained and sent back when it returned tasted disgusting. I’m sure they had just put in pan to reheat and add thickener tasted very salty and cheesy nothing like carbonara. Complained and sent back declined any other as my friend by this time had eaten her food. After then sitting for 25 mins waiter came offered a drink on house which they agin got wrong... Voir le carte
