"Quite a gourmet break at Timothé’s! We arrived in Saint Paul with two objectives: Visit the village, and drink a coffee. The visit happened quite naturally, and when it was time for a fresh coffee, we were desperate not to see any establishment that offered this little refreshment on its menu. So we come across this little gem of calm and tranquility, the Timothé Café! The lovely managers were immediately extremely welcoming, and their son who was in charge of service even offered to improvise a smoothie after chatting with us! Summary of our stay at Timothé 's, an excellent Tiramissu, accompanied by an equally delicious smoothie, all topped off with a local organic lemonade and a remarkable good mood! For a completely reasonable price! We can only be satisfied with a little break at Timothé 's! For a small café that just opened barely two weeks ago, nothing but positive! NB: All the products are organic and/or local!"

Such a sweet cafe tucked away on the side streets. Beautifully decorated and a lovely family atmosphere. Delicious food and coffee. Very kind and child friendly.
