great location with view of the phönixsee. this place is very full, eating great, though a bit expensive and very popular among the younger rollerblades. great place to sit and watch the people who move around the sea.

Three Dutch guys on a business trip. Very nice place near the 'Phoenix See '. Food was not bad, but service was lousy. When we wanted to pay, no card was accepted. Credit cards was a NO, but also normal bank cards where not accepted. Only German bank cards where allowed. Nowhere was this displayed on the menu or anywhere else. We had to leave a passport and to look for an ATM. Costed us 60min extra. Don 't go here !!

Never come back! Never visit this restaurant! I forgot my glasses in this restaurant, returned after 5 minutes. Waiter said that they saw them but they don’t know where they are now. Nobody helped me to find, and then I found them under the staff table. When I said to waiter that I found them and it was under THEIR STAFF TABLE people from kitchen shouted at me. on 13.07.2020 we were with 6 people to a late baggage around approx. 22 o'clock. we were placed by a worker on the terrace on a pushed table. he was neither clean nor clean. when the service came, it was that the tables must be far apart. our idea that the tables already stand and that the others had accompanied us personally was not accepted. when we got up with the notic that we would no longer return there, this was not necessary due to the operation with the set, we have commented enough guests. if that's the case.

I've been there several times, but today the service has upset me very much. the waiters are absolutely unfriendly. I have now had several paintings the same waitress, but it has become unfriendly from time to time. it is not asked if someone else wants to drink. the served eating is simply put on the table. in a false delivery of a court the customer will feel the bad laune of the waitress and even the payment takes half an hour. if they are three and complain that they don't get a drink, I can only decide to go back for my part.
