"Went there today with friends. Had bought from Daily Deal for a coffee+cake package (Sachertorte Strudel). Was calling them days before for a reservation but no one is picking up the phone so we decided to send them an email instead. The owner replied...via email and confirmed our reservation for today, Aug 31, 2016 at 3:30pm. When we got there at the appointed time, the place was closed. The door was locked and we were greeted by 3 big Labrador Retrievers and 1 Yorkshire Terrier barking like crazy. We felt we were intruders. We still knocked at the obviously locked door hoping that somebody inside would open the Cafe and welcome us, to no avail. We peeked through the large glass windows but no one was there. The cake display had no cake, the refrigerated glass shelves for the food is turned off. All the lights are also turned off. We tried to go around the Cafe to check their terrace but it is still locked. Looked like an abandoned cafe. The cleaning lady on the other bldg helped us look for someone there but clearly, no one was. We felt jilted. We called their published number several times but no one is picking up. Some kids from the neighborhood helped us knock at the front door and at the back since they said they know the dogs, but still no one showed up. No one opened the cafe. We left at past 4pm still calling them, but still no one picked up. Not recommending this cafe to anyone. Please avoid this on your city visit. We wasted time, money and effort."

the carving in the cafe was absolutely nothing special, the coffee was very expensive.

Sehr gutes Essen, sehr guter Kaffee, super Aussicht, Bedienung leider etwas überfordert, daher nicht sehr freundlich! Trotzdem einen Besuch wert.

we had bought on daily deals a good license for cake with coffee. Unfortunately, the visit was quite disappointing: the cake was not self-baked, but industrial cake. according to service fresh, probably but fresh from the Hofer package. the atmosphere is not inviting. recessed device with worn padded. the toilet and the whole impression were unhygienic.
