Der Cappuccino war eine Klasse für sich. Auch die Auswahl an diversen Weinen war außergewöhnlich für ein Cafe. Zwei total nette Kellnerinnen bedienten bzw. servierten uns das Frühstück. Wir kommen bestimmt bei unserem nächsten Hamburg Besuch wieder."

The whole Hansaviertel shopping mall is closed on SUnday, but Café rouge was open. We had only coffées, but it was good and the service was very kind.

War zu einem guten Frühstück dort. Netter Service, gutes Essen und Getränke. Sehr zentral gelegen und für schlechtes Wetter geeignet, weil in einem Einkaufszentrum (Hanseviertel).

This is a sleeper. The food is good,m fairly priced and very tasty. We had a lasagne and a baked penne and chicken dish. Both were outstanding. The service was very friendly and quite attentive.

Did an evening stroll through Hamburg and stumbled upon this Cafe. Had a Cappuccino and ice cream. It tasted very nice and the service was excellent ! I wish all service could be as friendly as the lady who served me...

I came to cafe rouge twice: for dinner and breakfast. Quality of food was very good. I recommend tortellini. Menu is different every week. Stuff is very friendly and speak English. The minus is price as for the city center too big for the quantity of food.

I stop by this place multiple times each week. It 's a great space to have a one-on-one meeting and get out of the office. It 's to the point where I typically don 't even have to order my tea, they just come up and ask, Earl Grey? And this is with multiple servers. I haven 't actually eaten here, but for a nice coffee break, it 's fantastic.

An einem Neujahrsmorgen ist es auch in Hamburg nicht ganz einfach ein offenes Restaurant zu finden. Nach langem Suchen fanden wir dieses kleine Café und wurden dort sehr gut verköstigt. Trotz dem grossen Andrang war der Service noch im Rahmen. Der Espresso und die Bruschetta war gerade das Richtige und schmeckten uns sehr gut. Danke das Sie auch am Neujahrstag an ihre Gäste denken. Update feb 28 2012: cafe rouge is our place of choice for a saturday family lunchThis was the venue for our Sunday morning family breakfast last weekend. It opens fairly early at 9am and this was the reason we came here as our normal place (Melange) switched to its 10.30 winter hours and we didn't want to wait till then. Very friendly and kind staff and we look forward to coming often in the future.
