"Meine Familie und ich waren ,vor einpaar Tagen im Restaurant La Gare zum Abendessen.Mein Sohn und meine Frau hatten ein Cordon Bleu ,und meine Schwiegertochter ein Salm Tartar ,und ich hatte ein Filet de Boeuf . Das Diner war ausgezeichnet nur das die Cordon Bleu etwas zu dunkel .Das Tartar und mein Filet waren ausgezeichnet ,nur das Toast mit dem Tartar war auch etwas zu dunkel .Der Service war hervorragend und sehr nett.Wir hatten einen schönen Abend ,nur die Cordon Bleus und der Toast wren leider nicht so gelungen.Alles im allen kann ich als Fachmann das Restaurant weiter empfehlen ."

Absolutely delicious food. We dined in the restaurant (they have a separate cafe and restaurant menu) and the Carré d'agneau aux chanterelles and Escalopes de foie gras chaud de canard were exceptional!

Excellent food, nice presentation, attentive service. Main course is served in two : once you finish the first part, they bring you the second. Allegedly, a Swiss tradition of old school restaurants of the past

The saddle of venison and all of its side dishes were excellently cooked and deserve the 5 stars. The wine rounded the whole thing off in an extremely tasty and stylish way. The service was very attentive. Thank you for the lovely evening.
