Lovely setting in Canary Wharf by the water fall, relaxing ambience and music. Excellent attentive service, we felt like we were on holiday.

The ambience is great but the staff needs to be properly trained: 3 different waitresses forgot to bring tap water after we asked as well as cutlery and we waited 30m for the bill after asking 4 times.

I offered to pay via cash, as I didn’t have any cards with me and was told they only accept card. Apparently there was a little sign at the counter (which I never saw) and then the head manager waitress told me I won’t be able to get change back the order was £56.00 Voir le carte

The location is excellent and the hostess was very nice and helpful. Service was on the poor side due to not enough staff. Our second bottle of wine was warm and our waitress very kindly changed it for us. I would recommend it as it very buzzy on a warm summer's evening.

The service was pretty bad, one of our parties was waiting for a coke for one and a half hours... we also asked for an additional glass that took 30 minutes to be handed over. Wasn't busy at all, only the staff saw standing around. Was not a great experience that is a shame as the place itself is beautiful.
