The food was fantastic, the atmosphere was great, and the servers went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.

Don’t go there!! the burger was massively under cooked and the blood was dripping on the plate I told my husband to complain but he choose not to unfortunately will never step foot in there again watching him eat even one bit of the burger made me feel sick! Such a shame really

Food was really lovely, couldn't fault it, but the kick in the teeth came when we paid £3.50 for a can of coke that you can get in the shop for a £1 and it wasn't even refillable. Then to get the bill at the end of £48 for burger and chips twice, that was a definite reason for us not to visit there again.

I love Byron Burger, the burgers and fries are top-notch. However, the prices are quite high. A small can of Byron Session IPA beer was £5.50 and you have to pay extra for fries. The restaurant was not very busy, perhaps if they lowered their prices, more customers would come. I also don't agree with the service charge added to the bill. I prefer to decide my own tip, thank you.

A group of us came here in early January; drinks are expensive, the burger was ok, nothing special and you need to pay extra for fries which were hot and tasty. Service was good; but you can understand why Byron is in financial trouble and probably won't be around for much longer. Bring the prices of everything down, don't charge for the sauces and maybe you will get more bums on seats. Have to honestly say, I've had better at Wetherspoons.

The staff were very pleasant and we were seated quickly on our arrival, even though the restaurant was very busy. Unless you have come into some money and are starting a diet I wouldn't recommend eating here...... After reading the menu and seeing the prices I was hopeful of getting some great food, but was very disappointed. The burgers and the sides were very small and you almost needed a microscope to see the chicken wings as they were tiny. To be totally honest everything we had was overpriced for the portion size, including the drinks. Will not be using this chain again, but as it looks like they are going bust it won't happen twice.

I went with my partner and our friend just for a lunch and it was the best burger I've had in a very long time absolutely delicious they asked how well I wanted it done and when I said well done they did it absolutely perfect and just skin-on fries were incredible I had a cola with it my partner had the same and our friend had the same except for their burgers had jalapeno in I'm not that much of a big fry in the jalapeno department but it was incredible and the service was incredible as well the Venue was clean modern and we were seated immediately as soon as we arrived with a friendly smile and a lovely greeting then after the meal we were given a 50% off voucher for January they didn't ne...

Was 2 of us. Food was good. Waitress was formal and professional. Was rather surprised when I swapped a sauce out of my burger for something else was charged. But was fine until they charged £1.25 for. Not even a tablespoon of sauce. When waiter came to clear plates , was slamming plates while clearing like he had a problem. Waiter when asked for the bill brought it over. Came back and asked to split the bill. We Said what each of us would pay and at the table got his mobile phone out with his calculator on, put it on table and worked it out. Just found that completely rude. This Byron restaurant was a mess. I had previously been to a Byron in London where I enjoyed great burgers and good service. However, this particular branch did not meet acceptable standards. My party of four visited on Friday, 4th November 2022 after finding that Wagamama next door had a long wait. We experienced a significant delay in receiving our food, and when it finally arrived, it was clear that it had been sitting out for a while, as everything was cold except for the onion rings, which were barely warm.
