"everything went wrong, and we probably won't order foodora anymore. after announcing 35 min delivery time it took over an hour. a cancellation in the chat was not possible, only with notice on a 30-min delay limit, and when they were reached, the agb suddenly changed (so another chat employee!). then the delivery address was wrong, in the order is mendelssohnstr. dunchen, but if it should be the blackhead. as eating after approx. 90 minutes, our guests were gone. we had pointed out in the chat that we wait with children who need to be on time in bed, but that didn't help. we gave it to the driver, we couldn't start with it anymore. the behavior of foodora is quite questionable, with changing contact partners in the chat and then the chat is also constantly deleted so that you have no proof of the communication that took place. that looks very like desired behavior. in the future we will order again directly in the restaurant of our trust and our friends too."

the “Pfund” sweet potato pomers refers to raw material, not to finished product.

unfortunately the burgers have tasted nothing and were also very labbrig. _The pommes complete without sauce, normal ketchup or mayo could not even be ordered against extra payment. also ordered two times pommes - a portion normal large, the second was only half as big!_ Overall very bad quality of food!_ Above all, for the price we would have expected more. _We ordered this last time at burger heart.
