Burger King - Carte

relaxed american diner. burger king is my favorite restaurant in freiburg. Mm, it's delicious!

The food is ok but they have not enough personal at the location. The wait for food was long and the place dirty.

staff and service are very uncoordinated, you have to wait forever, they don't know their own menu (soft ice), very far away from the rest of the station.. Voir le carte

good food, nice place in good location near the train station. the service was somewhat too slow in two different days, I think they should improve but no problem at the end.

try the king box. a complete meal, including a drink for €5. it is the best value they ever find in a regular almost food joint. oh, and her hühnerburger is better than the competition, although the hamburger is not so much. also the bathroom are very well maintained.

Will never go back again. Unrespectful personal. I had to wait 30 minuts for just a Menu (while they where laughing instead of working.. . Small fries in the Menu, when i payed for the big one. It was also really difficult to communicate with the personal. Where were the manager? Voir le carte

Price displayed on the board was different from the price actually charged. Was forced to order an extra item as they could not return money paid through card payment. They also served wrong order (Medium Oreo Shake instead of large). The order taker's attitude was like it's not a big deal. Very disappointing service.

I rated this burger king 3 stars only, cause it has some disadvantages. First, let's talk about drinks, you can't fill your cup here, you only get a drink once. In the other burger king, you have unlimited refilling. So I recommend going to the other burger king. I order food from this one sometimes cause it is nearer to my house. Otherwise go to the other one. Another bad thing about this one is, that they always get something wrong in the order. ALWAYS. They always forget something, and sometimes they fill half the cup only when you order a big cola. I give three stars because this is partly our fault. the situation was detachable, but the personal declined. my friend is new to Freiburg. he ordered something to eat, but did not check the address correctly. the address he gave was wrong. I saw the mistake. I tried to change the address, but could not. I called the restaurant 3 times, but nobody answered. I ran into the restaurant and asked if it was still there, yes. I explained and apologized. I offered my card (the order was on my delivery.) I offered to wait on the delivery car. I asked her to offer a solution. the manager refused everything.
