"After comparing the Buon Appetitto branches in Brighton and Burgess Hill, my husband and I decided to dine at the Brighton location for lunch. Unfortunately, our experience was not pleasant. The waiter was unfriendly and unaccommodating. The portion sizes were extremely small, with only four mussels and a few bites of spaghetti. My husband's calzone was mostly bread with very little filling. Additionally, the beer was flat and not served in the bottle. Overall, we were extremely disappointed and do not plan on returning to this restaurant."

Have eaten here a few times now and the staff, food and atmosphere are fantastic. Our most recent waitress, Grace, was brilliant and attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Really couldn't recommend this restaurant more!

Great evening to get all the work crew together. Really lovely food and great service and a reasonable bill too! Please, please please get some alcohol free beer though, that's a real oversight and disappointing for people who can't or don't drink alcohol. Voir le carte

I have visited Buon Appetito a few times now, and on each occasion the service has been brilliant. The restaurant has a great atmosphere, the food is super yummy, and the staff are always at hand and genuinely want to make it an experience. Thank you for a fabulous evening again, special shout out to Grace our waitress last night. We’ll see you again!

The staff are lovely. And the food….absolutely incredible,I myself had a calzone and it was amazing perfect ratio of bread and filling. Along with the service impecable. And the prices are fabulous. The interior is romantic, peaceful and overall a lovely vibe They had a really disruptive customer and they dealt with it in a cool calmed manor. Overall it’s a great place to visit.
