I had a steak meal at the sister restaurant in formentera del segura it was a terrible meal and a bad experience. My steak had a huge piece of fat in the middle plus it was tough, when I complained about it, having left the majority of the meal on my plate the waitress shrugged her shoulders and walked away. I was still expected to pay the bill I left in total disgust, vowing never to go there again.

I’ve been here before and the food was good, so I booked for a friend’s birthday! The waitresses were unable to organise thereselves we waited 20 minutes before we were asked for drinks and menus bought to us, the drinks arrived 10 minutes later and then the waitress disappeared, there was 5 or 6 waitresses and they were not organised at all 2 tables came in after us and were served another table next to us were served there food but no drinks. After being sat for 45 mins we left 10 euros to cover 3 half drank beers and walked out! Terrible service and will never go back again as there are many more good places in the local area.

The steak is very good as were the Empanadas but unfortunately everything else was poor. Bad service, very rude and unhelpful staff. One lady was so bad that it made us and our friends very uncomfortable. Restaurant depressing inside no decoration just bland and boring, uncomfortable chairs. Side dishes with steak terrible, a tiny bit of salad and a jacket potato smothered in sour cream which is not even mentioned on the menu but it was that or frozen chips. This is not a cheap restaurant €160 for 4 people for a 2 course meal, if the steak hadn't of been as good as it was we would have made a complaint there and then. Would never return here, such a shame that the staff really let the guy do... Voir le carte
