Fantastic food, great service. Catered wonderfully to my celiac partner. Will definitely eat here again.

Never again , the burger was so dry and tasteless , don’t waste your money . Only saving grace was fries with chilli but was meant to be chilli cheese bites but got the wrong order .

Good value, pretty good burger, tight for space, staff friendly and efficient. The poutine could do with more curd cheese mixed in with the French fries and the gravy more peppery. With regards to my comments on the poutine I'm from Quebec.

Ordered via Deliveroo, order was accepted, waited nearly an hour, message to say really busy, message to say driver on way to restaurant. Driver arrives at restaurant and reports to Deliveroo that it is closed!!!! Why accept order, why still be open online at 8.30 if you close at 9? Had my first BRGR experience on Great Western Road and loved it so much I decided to try the Giffnock store. Sadly the experience was not how I expected and I received an unsalted portion of Fries and my burger tasted unseasoned to match.I wouldn't return to this store but I will return to Great Western Road in the hopes that my first experience wasn't a one off.

Very disappointing. I'd tried BRG burgers in the city centre and thought they were excellent, so I decided to try one in Giffnock. The food was terrible—the burgers were dry, there was no sauce, and there was no flavour at all. A double burger for £9 is a complete rip-off. The fries were extremely small in size and had no taste at all. I'm unhappy because I paid £25 for that and it was not worth it. Not coming back.

Just bought these chicken wings from BRGR in Giffnock. They are the most disgusting wings I have seen in my life. They were meant to be dinner for a 5 year old who took one look and was nearly sick. I was told over the phone these are the new wings they are using and also they aren’t burnt. There are big chunks of charcoal on top pictures don’t lie. I am sure they are actually a health hazard aswell. We usually love this place aswell wow what a decline. I wonder if I should keep the wings and pass on to environmental health. Voir le carte
