Rossknecht Am Reithausplatz

The brewery offers seasonal menu and has a selection of local beers. The staff has been friendly the food was good and the non-alc beer is really nice!

After having a historical visit to the residence of local dukes we went to this authentic place. If you like beer you should try it. Their homemade beer was great.

I’ve only heard good things about the restaurant but the reality was really disappointing. The food was literally not edible. My boyfriend had to send his food back and when he got a new schnitzel it still wasn’t edible. We will never eat there again. Voir le carte

very cozy, rustic brewery restaurant in the heart of ludwigsburg. Unfortunately, the "Swibian national court" (spätzle mit linsen und saiten) was only lukewarm. therefore only 3 points. tastefully it was very good. the service was also fast and accommodating. the well tapped beer also tasted excellent.

I was looking for a place to dinner in the open. I always want my cigarette smoke and in summer you don't have to be punished as in winter for smoking. I had seen it from the angle of view and the location was ideal. great German eating and very good beer. when I go out, I always eat local food. the restaurant in the interior is also very characteristic. the luck to find very nice diners.

because of the beer, I'm going to a brewhouse. that's great here too. the device is original and really cozy. eating is more aside. typical brewhouse stop: support for beer and certainly not a culinary delight. large critique point is, however, that there are no sunshades in the large outdoor area, and so the places on the outside remain empty during the day with sun and beer garden weather. Perhaps the portions have been smaller and the prices have risen?The times when you liked to go to the rossknecht, because it was rich and good, are unfortunately already over. nowadays you can be happy if you get more than a slice of brot when you get a sausage salad. .in winter I like to come by a visit in the ländle on a winter bock, but unfortunately it doesn't attract me as soon as I used to eat. there are enough other localities in the opposite.

Stopped in for lunch. The interior is very classic with some funk it, like the coaster covered ceiling. Their beers are very good. My seasonal beer was full bodied, the right amount of hops and well balanced. My wife's Urhell was well balanced and not...weak in flavor at all. We thought the prices were a bit high, till we saw the portions! My seasonal salad with chanterelle mushrooms was excellent. Not normally a fan of goat cheese, this was fresh cheese' or in English, cream cheese and I liked it. My wife's liver and onions daily special was tender very important for liver flavorful, with a good sauce and well seasoned. The mashed potatoes weren't pasty, they were smooth with some texture,...

Again we were there in this local restaurant with a warm and comfortable atmosphere. There is a good selection of regional meals, few of them are also available in small portions but cost about more. (This is no XXL restaurant though) There belongs two...more brewhouses to this one. One located in Ludwigsburg "Sudhaus main train station area) and Bietigheim (main pedestrian zone). Both have their own individual atmosphere. There is warm kitchen in Ludwigsburg until midnight (not on Sundays). The service was very friendly and prompt.
