Lovely restaurant with excellent food. Good variety of Italian dishes to suit all tastes and cooked perfectly. Will definitely go back

The food was very well presented and tasty. Only problem was the noisy atmosphere, people on nearby tables talking loud. It was the weekend though. There was background music but it was overshadowed by the noise.

The food was excellent, and the service was also very good! However, I would have preferred if the lively music and chatter in the bar area were more separated from the dining space, as I found it a bit too loud. Voir le carte

We booked this table via open table . When we arrived at the restaurant there was a massive baby shower party going on . Nowhere for us to sit . All tables taken . We were shocked to see it like a disco . Do disappointed as we have so little time to go out . Never experienced anything like this .

The atmosphere was extremely noisy, with loud voices, children running around screaming, and the sound of breaking glasses. As for the food, the mashed potatoes didn’t taste fresh, and the carrots had an odd pale color. The flooring material made the chairs slide around, creating a very unpleasant noise.

The restaurant was extremely loud, with noisy voices and children running around screaming. I even heard glasses breaking. As for the food, the mashed potatoes didn’t taste freshly made, and the carrots had an unusual bright color. Additionally, the flooring material caused the chairs to slide around, creating an awful noise.

We Love BR4! The first thing to say is that the food is absolutely excellent. You know there’s a very good chef in that kitchen. The staff are very friendly, you are greeted and served all the way through with a smile. The service is very effective and not in your face. The atmosphere is good, it’s a nice place to spend a couple of hours. We come here often, whether for dinner or a spot of lunch in the sun on the outside terrace and we’re never disappointed. All in all a brilliant and very welcome addition to Hayes!

It took over an hour for our starters to arrive, and they forgot my husband's completely. The same happened with our main courses—another meal for our daughter was missed. There were zero apologies; at one point, I got a frustrating shrug when I asked about our food. The food itself was terrible. There was no bread or pizza available at all. My mother-in-law ordered seafood linguine but only found three empty clams in it, with nothing else. Despite the two forgotten meals, we weren’t offered any discounts on our bill or even an apology. I was so embarrassed to be there on what should have been a special occasion. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Avoid it at all costs. Voir le carte
