It could have easily been stars. The food is imaginative, tasty and fairly priced Never tried their coffee So why not stars, it was cold inside. The majority of us sitting inside of the cafe chose to eat with our coats on.

Order a Scrambled egg with bacon bagel. Pretty disappointing to find the egg was microwaved and not scrambled was just one mass of tasteless rubbery egg. Bagel wasn’t buttered and barely toasted. Bacon was ok. Overall really poor sorry

Lovely little cafe! Myself and my daughter went for a late lunch and it was lovely and cosy.... Freezing cold outside so the staff turned on the fires for us and warmed the place up. Food was lovely with a good selection of fresh cakes available. Very reasonably priced and the girls who work there are lovely. Voir le carte

terrible service called with my hubby on 23rd sept ordered a breakfast 2 lattes staff brought iut 1 latte she couldnt remeber was it 1 or 2 she took the order my husband was brought us breakfast toast beans and poached egg lol no butter then he was told ohh you need another egg will bring it out when its cooked !! by this time we got all our breakfast items which took about half an hour if not more our coffees were freezing cold she didnt offer any sugars no knives and forks dry toast no butter we had to ask fir every individual item by the time my husband finushed hus breakfast iut came his other egg not good at all just like to have coffees and brekky all together 21.95 for all that think...

I ordered a collection for 2 Avocado toast with bacon sausages poached eggs. The sausages were tasty however the rest of the order was not up-to the standard I paid for. £16) The bacon rashers were overcooked, the eggs were almost fully boiled not runny), and the toast was barely toasted, way too soft not buttered. In addition to that the avocado seemed to have had little strains in it, odd texture. To top it off I contacted them straight back after eating a little bit of the food and the notified the lady who served me initially. After explaining the issues with my order the lady didn’t offer any proper solution and instead told me to ‘toast my bread a little more’, refused to give any refu...

Popped in for a quick bite after a walk , it was quiet only a couple of people in and we ordered 2 teas and 2 toasties , the tea came straight away and were only luke warm, we then waited 25 minutes for the toasties , if we had be told it would take this long we would’ve probably just had a slice of cake. Both toasties were mediocre at best , filling not too bad but soggy bread , not really toasted. But the thing we found most disappointing was the dirty cutlery and I don’t mean a little bit dirty , my spoon hadn’t been washed you could still see rings of tea stains and husbands knife still had the previous users full meal on it ! we left them on the table and didn’t use , when paying the bi...
