"Just what we needed, having walked our dog along the cycle trail on a hot morning and just fancied popping in for an ice cream. Bon Appetit is ideally situated for both cyclists and walkets alike, and could not have been more dog friendly, with a nice big bowl of water put out for thirsty pooches. We were soon tempted by other goodies on the very comprehensive and reasonably priced menu and settled for churros and a milk shake. Whilst placing our order, I could see cake mixture being poured into a tin, so the range of cakes are home made and looked delicious. What is obviously a converted farmyard was the ideal spot to sit in the sun (there is some undercover seating for less sunny days). My husband said that was the best milk shake he had ever had (praise indeed), and I have to agree with him. Our 9 month old springer puppy was made a fuss of by the staff and the whole experience was brilliant. Our pup was well behaved enough for us to feel that we could have stayed longer. I’m sure Bon Appetit will be a favourite and next time we will stop for lunch, as the food coming out to other tables looked delicious!"

somehow just the road for me it certainly improved as it opened first! great for a cold/hot drink for hikers and cyclists and of course very dog-friendly.

very nice caffe, clean and friendly with good service. had an amazing cream tea, served with jam of course first, with a tasty strawberry at a very reasonable price.

Lovely range of snacks and drinks. Ideal watering hole when out walking in Poldice valley and the surrounding area. Plenty of outdoor seating, some under cover of an awning.

We arrived ten minutes before they closed, but still in time for two lovely cups of tea and an enormous slice of cake. A great place on the bike trail to stop, eat and relax in the sun.

nice little caffe, good eating, all fresh and decent portions. many options and very delicious milkshakes. there is an interesting 3 mile roundabout to the mines or makes a good stop from the bike route.

Great place to stop after a long ride on the bissoe trail for coffee and cake. Does food too such as burgers etc. although not tried these yet. Absolutely stop here rather than going on to the crooks at bike chain
