We tried a few dishes from the menu and literally not even one was good. We were so disappointed and will never come back again. The service tried to do everything to make us happy thought

Never expected that the food will be delicious as we get in India Ambiance is also good. Wow factor was you have Punjabi guy speaking with you in Punjabi better than you. It felt like home.

celebrated our 6 months at Bombay Palace. A wonderful atmosphere that invites you to stay. The service and the owner are very friendly. The food was fanatic, just a taste explosion! Thank you for this beautiful evening, we will definitely be back. Alex and Aleksej

Food and services was very good. staff friendly and did well to understand our accents when trying to pronounce the Indian dishes in broad scots. one or two in the group think that they are hard and hot hot. however the hottest of hot in...the restaurant wasn't hot enough for them. good try but out of on the hot scale/

The food was bad. Just bad. The consistency was off, the taste was off, and the veggies appeared to be frozen rather than fresh. The service was slow. And unfriendly, nay rude. They even managed to mess up a Coca Cola by serving it warm...and flat. When we first perused the menu, we thought the prices were pretty steep for a casual and rather tacky looking Indian restaurant, but given the above, this restaurant is outrageously overpriced. I've been coming to the Bombay Palace for more than three years. It is always a very special pleasure to enter a completely different world here. They only open two doors and come from Sachsenhausen to India. Not only the design of the furniture, the music and the smell take a flashy into a short holiday. It is above all the flavors of foods that exceed the level of lunch snack Indian in the takeaway business by a factor of 1 to a thousand. Every single meal is carefully prepared and freshly brought to the table. There are aromas you can't believe. I'm thrilled every time.

One of the worst Indian places I’ve been to. First of all it is majorly overpriced they charge over euros for a tiny bowl of chicken tikka masala. Although the place was completely empty we waited for over half an hour for the...food. There is no free appetiser, like there usually is in this kind of establishments, so we ordered some sauces with poppadoms which came burnt. The food was far less than average. The chef must have confused salt with other spices. Staff and service was ok. Most probably we won’t be back as there is an abundance of great Indian places in Frankfurt.

At one point I became very worried that the chicken dish I had ordered marinated for may only have been prepared on demand. It would have all been OK if the food was special, but, gentle reader, it wasn't. Most importantly the chicken was verging on under-cooked. Perhaps it had been rushed out of the kitchen. importantly the marinade didn't seen to add any taste to the meat. Given that a basic main-course plus drink cost per head I would have expected much better. Voir le carte
