Bombay Bicycle Chef

I am not sure what I tried to eat last night but its definitely not a Lamb Korma. Its tasteed soo wrong and weirdly cheesy I couldn't eat it. Ended jut having the Peshwari Naan (not bad) and store bought curry (much better). Very disappointed with my order!

This food was epic, the flavours were on point and the doms/naan were beaut. However, a madras should not be this hot! Oh ma dayz! If it was whacked down a couple of notches best cuz i've ever had! Maybe the chef tripped as he was measuring the chopped chilli..?

2nd time ordering here. first time was passable this time it mostly went in the bin. Bland , inedible gloop. Cheap ingredients and no flavour. I ordered a butter chicken and honestly received what appeared to be luke warm tomato soup with some grisly, pale slabs of chicken plopped in for good measure. The mushroom rice lacked finesse and was overcooked. Naan Bread was the only mildly satisfactory thing about the meal, but still only a 5/10. ****.

I order direct from the restaurant online easy and cheaper than the delivery apps. Always arrvies piping hot with free popadoms and chutney. Bomaby Chicken and King Prawn masala are very high quality you can taste and see fresh ingrediants and herbs. I would summarise as a regular high street Indian take away in style but of very good quality.

The curries were well flavoured, the meat cooked to perfection so it melted in your mouth, and the portions were very hearty. We also received complimentary poppadoms and chutney which was a nice touch. The food was all packaged well and arrived at an ideal temperature. Though a little pricey, we will definitely be using this place as our go-to Indian takeaway from now on. Voir le carte

This restaurant should be ashamed of themselves! They used to be one of the best, but now it's a complete joke. I couldn't even finish my food because it was so terrible. The chicken tikka masala was possibly the worst I've ever had. And don't even get me started on the pilau rice, if you can even call it that. Trust me, avoid this place and don't be fooled by the positive reviews.

My partner is still uncultured when it comes to a ruby and adores the chicken tikka massala here with mushroom rice so I have no other choice when it comes to using deliveroo. I always go for lamb but meat quality isn’t great. The chicken pakora is awful. Naan bread is large and probably the best thing they have here. It’s a really popular place but there are some really bad Indian restaurants in Battersea/Clapham area and I presume most of the residents are like my gf, ie clueless. The food tastes a lot better the next day after being in the fridge but that is like most curries.

I placed an order online at this restaurant and requested a different sauce to be added to my dish. Unfortunately, when my order was delivered, it had the sauce that I specifically asked not to be included. When I contacted the restaurant about the mistake, they informed me that it would have cost extra to make the substitution. I was disappointed that this information was not made clear on the app. I ended up not being able to eat the dish and had to throw it away. I will not be using this restaurant again. Lesson learned - next time I will carefully review the menu on Just Eat to ensure I receive a meal I can actually enjoy. Voir le carte
