"I see many and very good reviews with 4 and 5 stars. I leave it in 3 and I go to explain the reasons. It is indisputable that it has a good kitchen, the dishes we have tasted, have been interesting an original croquettes, each with its salsa, correct texture and temperature a dry octopus prepared in an original way, because normally the dry octopus just requires more preparation than a touch of flame and olive oil. In this case it is different and original- truffled egg yolk, taking advantage of the truffle season a simple appearance dish, highlighting above all the truffle olleta de blat, is one of the specialties and we wanted to try, but it was not very of our liking for personal drip, we cannot think about the canelones dish with truffle. a very good dish, with marked flavors, but with softness. Instead, outside the kitchen, we find several details that didn't get us. a site where you are looking for a certain level of cuisine, nowadays you cannot afford to not have a website in conditions, with information per day and possibility of online bookings. the web has no information and the booking part does not work.I didn't get the rushes they gave us to choose the dishes by asking that the restaurant is full and has to take out the orders. That's an organizational problem, but don't rush, it's not a fast food place, and we got there at the time we had the reservation.I didn't think it was right the way people came in without reservation. We have to take care of everyone, give him a card, tell him that another day he calls and we will be happy to attend to him, but not to tell him without any more .... there is a bar the owner speaks a lot, very fast and strong, and that in a small place he hears a lot and is a little burdensome. There's no need to talk so much, it may be annoying as I've seen that it's gone to more users. Besides, it's a little leftover. There are many places today where you eat well, for that price, for less and more, a little humility is also good. On the other hand, the young waiter turned out to be kind and correct."

"El camarero que nos atendió fue agradable, la sala del local en la que cenamos, similar a una cueva estába muy bien. Ahora bien, la comida en mi humilde opinion dejó bastante que desear... Pedimos dos croquetas de cordero (MUY SECAS, MUCHISIMO), luego unas patatas al horno (rodajas de patata gordas y bastantes duras), y después un mix de carne a la parrilla (3 trozos de panceta, dos de pollo, dos costillas y muy poco más) De postre coulant de chocolate con bola de helado de pistacho y una tarta de queso (seca y con más sabor a limón que a queso) Muy mejorable, y siendo sinceros ... no, no repetiríamos. Las 3 estrellas por el sitio y por el camarero que fue muy correcto."

"We arrived in Bocairent at midnight expecting the town to be fast asleep. And it sure looked that way. But looks can be deceiving. Solbes was open and inside it seemed as if the whole town and its wife was assembled for talking contest. The contrast was fantastic, old people, women groups, men in groups, children buying ices, young men, couples and everyone completely at ease and happy. We ordered some Tapas style food but would have eaten a horse since we were so hungry. Maybe we did. The grub tasted very good."

"We loved this place and the food. Great grill options and amazing atmosphere. We had lunch downstairs in the cave and it was lovely. Location is great, close to the main square. Food was good and fair priced. Overall we had a great lunch here, hence the 5 stars, but service was not good. We ordered bread and allioli to start but had to remind them 4 times to bring them. Eventually the bread came when we were half way through the main course (no alioli). At that point other guests reminded them of the allioli for us. We ordered dessert and coffee but coffee came after we had already finished the dessert. Overall good experience, but begging for bread was a first for us. Hope the servers can improve because otherwise this place is a 10/10."
