Boisdale of Canary Wharf

The restaurant had a lovely meal and was a bit quiet on a Tuesday night, but the view, service, and food were all delightful as expected.

The menu offered at this restaurant was not extensive, more suitable for dinner than lunch. Despite this, the food was delicious and the scenery and service were exceptional.

I’d read a few reviews mentioning that the food was not good. That was not my experience, went with a few colleagues, we all had burgers they were superb, really tasty, good size. We had a great lunch Voir le carte

Off the back of a recommendation I went out for a client lunch and was super impressed. Excellent service, high quality food and the ambience with the jazz music in the background was superb. Highly recommend and will be back!

First time visit and won’t rush back. Food was ok, nothing special and one dish arrived and was not as described. Service pretty poor with long waits even though the place seemed half empty. Live jazz singer at lunchtime which was great but just too loud for the table to be able to have a conversation.

Went on burns night for some midweek Haggis and was an excellent starter. The mains were ok, but have been better on previous visits and I appreciate it was a super busy evening for them. Our waiter was really friendly, very attentive and really made our evening enjoyable. There was no pressure to leave before their evening show started and was a really lovely midweek treat overall.

We had some difficulty finding the restaurant since we had never been there before. The ambience was lovely and had a relaxing yet luxurious feel. However, the service was mediocre and not up to par. The waitresses' dresses were too short and inappropriate for the venue. They seemed lacking in knowledge and were lacklustre. The food was delicious and our table by the window provided a perfect viewing experience. The prices were reasonable as well. We would definitely return for either lunch or dinner with friends.

We had a great time at Boisdale on Saturday evening after visiting Winter lights at Canary Wharf. We were a bit early for our booking but manager was very nice and took us downstairs to the bar. Our party included a 4 year old boy, who got a lot of attention from everyone, even from the security guy. Also manager offered him a juice cocktail on the house which was really nice. Food was great! My husband loved his burger and he’s is hard to pleased as he’s making amazing burgers himself. I enjoyed pheasant breast with mash potatoes in wine sauce very much and my mother-in-law loved fish of the day course.
