Came here for the first time with my mum last night. The food was absolutely delicious, full of flavour and fresh! Fabulous service from start to finish- would definitely return next time i am in Portsmouth!

we have always impressed here for years with fresh food and atmosphere is always very warm brot and oliven tasty and lamme apron are my favourite dish there. we also had 18 birthday meals and 24th birthday meals. Voir le carte

We dined here last night, and we were truly impressed by the quality of the food. It was the best meal I've had in a long time. I would highly recommend this restaurant and plan to return the next time I'm in Southsea.

This was our second visit, and we were not disappointed! The restaurant is absolutely stunning, with beautiful dining spaces and wonderful staff. My partner and I are locals and will definitely be regular customers. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

"I have been a fan of Andre's for 25 years, I don't live in Portsmouth but visit Andres whenever I'm in southsea. Sadly the last 2 times have been disappointing, I always get a seafood baguette with extra onion and seafood sauce, last time my partner brought it home for me I complained there was no extra seafood sauce.... he insisted he asked and figured perhaps they forgot and we left it at that. He went and got me one on Monday (2 days ago) Brought it home and same thing, was actually dry and hard to see any seafood sauce never mind any extra, same goes for the onion there was barely any. The size of the baguette also bears mentioning as they have become much slimmer than they were, it's almost comical how skinny they are and considering its £5.30 I don't feel that it is value for money or worth the money. I appreciate everyone's feeling the pinch but don't like being ripped off and sadly that's what I feel. Saying that I still gave 4 stars as don't want to spoil they're rating over constructive criticism."

"Been about a year since last visiting, and pleased to report that the food and service is still superb.From the chicken pakora starter, that was so tasty and juicy, seeing the herbs in the batter mix, to the daily specials on offer. All cooked superbly. And the thing that makes Kadirs stand out is their genuine interest in making sure you enjoy your food and if you want to know about what you're eating they will take the time to explain it to you.Tried a recommended competitor recently and that was massively disappointing, boring food and no interaction from the staff..... If you want some unusual dishes, that are sublime, a relaxed atmosphere (without white table clothes), great service then Kadir's is for you to try."

"My husband and I love Nara Sushi Bistro. The food is excellent and the buffet offers a lot of variety for all tastes. The place is nothing special to look at and the service is generally good so can not complain. Atina is lovely, very friendly, and attentive. We have visited when it has not been busy and service is ok but you do sometimes have the get their attention to order some more food or pay the bill. They do sometimes miss items off the order but we just have to get the staff back to remind them and they then bring it over, so its not a big deal. Over all we find the place great value for money, food is incredible but service can be hit or miss but nothing that ruins our dining experience."

"Ordered a chicken korma. Quite possible the worst korma I’ve ever had, the sauce itself was fine but the chicken was so chewy and dry, it tasted like I was eating a rubber tire. Not over exaggerating!! I called them up regarding the issue and nothing was sorted."

"We have been looking for an F&C shop to have our 'fix ' before travelling to France and so glad we decided to try Master Fryer. The cod and plaice were large and perfectly cooked, batter was superb. We ordered a large chips between us, as previous experience tells us portion sizes are normally small, but this was a LARGE portion and we couldn 't actually finish them (which is very unusual for us as we have very large appetites! . To put the icing on the cake the staff could not have been any more friendly, which is so important even if the food is nice but staff not so then we would never go back. This will definitely be a regular stop for us and I recommend the same for anyone else, local or passing through. Thank you to the staff for doing an amazing job"
