"i was there with friends, while we were high. we ordered burgers and kebab and it was literally the best meal i have ever had in my life. I have been there before and therefore can say that these burgers and kebabs are served exactly as how they are shown in the pictures. if you want cheese and fried egg in your kebab or burger and have it melt on your tongue and have it fill your stomach in a way that you will remember, then you should definetly go there and visit them. "We had the great pleasure of dining at Sim Sim Restaurant as a family and I can't help but share our excitement with you. From the first moment we entered the restaurant, we were transported into a world from 1001 Nights an experience for the eyes and taste buds. The food was simply sensational every bite was like a journey of discovery through rich aromas and authentic tastes. It is obvious that Sim Sim places great value on the quality and authenticity of the ingredients, making every dish a culinary experience. However, what made our visit particularly memorable was the excellent service. The staff was not only friendly and accommodating, but also extremely attentive. "This is probably my second-favorite restaurant in the immediate Altstetten area, coming in right after the La Taqueria. Food is always good and the value-for-money is also excellent considering Zurich prices). I live nearby, so I 've probably been here 15-20 times in the past year and a half since they opened, and every time am happy with the food and service. The pizzas are always great and with interesting variety including some with high quality special ingredients you don 't see elsewhere e.g. the Turicum pizza with mascarpone and boletus mushrooms is fantastic), all at very reasonable prices for Zurich ±18-25 chf, slightly cheaper if takeaway). The pastas also use freshly made noodles, which is pretty obvious from the taste, and the basics like carbonara are always delicious. There 's also a pretty wide selection of generic European cuisine, like steaks and cordon bleu, all of which is good but we tend to always get the specialties of pasta or pizza. Their specialty pizzas here are my favorite in Zurich although it 's not my favorite pizzeria in my entire life), and in general I find the food better than the big Italian chain restaurants like Santa Lucia and it 's miles better than the generic pizza and kebab restaurants that you find all over the place. I live close enough that it 's an easy visit for me every few weeks, but even if I moved to the other side of Zurich I 'm sure I would come back every now and then. The outside patio is great in summer, especially now that the construction at Farbhof is FINALLY finished after nearly 3 years. Well, there 's still construction, but now at least it 's 30 meters away across the intersection instead of directly in front of the restaurant, so it shouldn 't make it unbearably loud to sit outside this summer."

"first the very positive first: the service is of absolute ease, as genuine and lovable as otherwise really rare in zürich. very flexible, we first didn't know if we wanted to stay out in the hearty little one, when we decided to go inside, that wasn't a problem. the restaurant serves near-east specialties, I recommend the large plates (vegetarian and non-vegetarian) with a rich selection of different ugly. the dips are very fine, the baked various scratches could be a little less fat. Conclusion: 2 of us tasted it, 1 not at all. the pizzas we did not try, logically, but they must be very good, because there was someone constantly coming past and took another one, the pizzaiolo was very busy. to dessert we had a kind of milk pudding with rose water casting and pistachio, highly recommended!"

"Das Restaurant wurde schön renoviert. Es ist gemütlich. Sehr wichtig ist mir persönlich die Hygiene und das hat mir hier nicht so gefallen. Das Besteck wird direkt auf dem Tisch in Sets angeboten, was ja noch ginge. Aber wir durften zuschauen, wie die abgeräumten, vom Gast nicht benötigten Messer und Servietten aus den Sets einfach wieder zum sauberen Besteck eingeordnet wurden. Damit hatten wir die Erklärung für das verfleckte Messer in einem neuen Set. Der Service war sonst sehr gut und auch das Amuse-Bouche hat sehr geschmeckt, aber der Hauptgang liess zu lange auf sich warten. Die Preise sind eher hoch angesetzt."
