"Hemos pedido dos pizzas y después de tardar hora y cuarto en llegar estaban frías. Me han dicho que me traían nuevas a la que viene el repartidor muy amable por cierto) dice que el cocinero quiere tener las pizzas viejas. En fin un despropósito. Al final nos hemos comido las pizzas frías porque el que atiende las llamadas y el cocinero no se si es el mismo) han dicho cosas distintas y no queriamos esperar ya más. Siempre pido aquí pero dudo que vuelva a hacerlo."

"We saw positive reviews on Google, so we thought we’d come here as opposed to some of the less food-focused spots immediately on the beach. We were incredibly disappointed. While the parklet decor seemed inviting, construction was actively happening next door making it incredibly loud, an unattractive view, and generally unpleasant. We ordered the menu, which indicated it came with water or wine, like normal. Our waiter said the final course was a dessert or coffee, again as normal in Spain. When our bill came: 1) we were told only the sin gas water was included, and we were charged for con gas. Con gas is not only standard, but we were offered either and not told there would be an upcharge. The menu didn’t specify sin gas was the only type of water included. 2) we ordered coffee instead of the dessert, again standard and what we were told was part of the menu options. Instead, we were charged for the coffee separately. We probably should have turned around when we saw only one other table of patrons at the restaurant, but were hopeful based on the reviews. A rookie mistake I wouldn’t normally make, but I got swayed by other reviews indicating better quality food that the other beach fare. Don’t make the same mistake we did — go to one of the other restaurants."

"En un ambiente muy elegante, con una mesa bien dispuesta y cuidada al detalle, los comensales (seis adultos y tres niños) nos dispusimos a degustar el menú que en festivo era de precio superior, algo más de lo habitual. Rissotto, parrillada de verduras, bacalao al ajoarriero, patatas bravas con piel, mejillones a la marinera y dorada a la plancha fueron los elegidos de la comanda. Aunque en general las elaboraciones fueron del agrado de todos, la presentación adoleció de ese toque especial que se estila en la cocina moderna. . Algún mimo visual nunca viene mal. Los dos comidistas del rissoto lo encontraron un poco insulso, el bacalao al ajoarriero sabroso, pero emplatado metálico donde el fuego quemó parte de la salsa, la dorada navegó en el plato con restos negros de la plancha donde se produjo su preparación. Lo único realmente destacable fueron los postres: crema catalana y un crep relleno de helado de vainilla y baño de chocolate. Con una buena dosis de presentación sería un restaurante ideal en la zona. No fue así y teníamos buenas expectativas al observar la disposición impoluta de las mesas en varios comedores interconectados."

"Tried this spot while visiting Cal Fenals. Not the best view (I was looking at parked cars in the lot) but they do fish well. I couldn't order the fidéua or paella because they require 2 persons minimum. I started with the tuna carpaccio. Portion was large and it was really flavourful. Bacalao was my main, cooked really well, served with alioli on top, grilled veg on the side including padrón peppers. I had melon for dessert, but there were several sweet options including crema catalana. For a 25€ menú, I would have appreciated more bread and coffee to be included, but the fish was fresh and delicious. And although I didn't need it, I was impressed to see a 20€ vegan menu del día as well. Spain is pork heavy, so fir anyone who needs a break, check out Xaloc."
