Blacks Burgers - Carte

As burgers go there is a very good selection of creative ideas to choose from! My partner and I both immensely enjoyed our sizeable burgers. I would definitely go back again!

First time to Epsom and needed something simple and familiar... A burger. And a burger done very well. Choice of toppings, cooked well and refillable drink. And for a good price.

Perfect place for a pre cinema meal the burgers were delicious we tried both chicken and beef burgers also plenty of fries and slaw staff very friendly and helpful explaining how to order the blacks way ! Voir le carte

Great variety of burgers and veggie friendly this is probably one of the best burgers (both meat and veggie) I have had. But, the star of the show was the lotus ice cream I am still trying to find out who makes the ice cream bravo, i applause you!!!

I arrived at 12.15pm and was meeting three friends for lunch, I was told that they were not open for a few minutes and I said thats fine I will wait for my friends and asked if I could use the toilet. I was told by a female staff member that there is a public toilet up the road ???. I said four of us are having lunch in a few minutes but she insisted I could not use their toilet. So our group went to a different place for lunch. Will never go back to this place.

Grandson chose this restaurant for his birthday meal. Arrived approx 7.15ish. Ordered food, still waiting an hour and a half later for food to arrive. All the managers from Wetherspoons Epsom came in well after us and were served before us. Probably a step up in food for them!! When we complained we were told our order had not gone through to the kitchen which was all of 3 feet away!!!!. Absolutely a dreadful experience. So bad they refunded our money. We have used blacks before for dinning and delivery . We used the Uber eats app and was told a delivery time . This changed 5 times while we was waiting for our food to be delivered. The app also told use the delivery driver was there to collect our food. 45 mins later he was still there?!?!? We also paid for priority but our food turned up stoned cold. Our kids burgers was so over cooked that they had turned crispy and inedible . We complained online but didn’t even get a answer . Thanks for a £60 well spent

We ordered using their online QR code which the staff will push you to use.. I do not recommend using this! They didn 't have the milkshake we ordered, claiming that they ran out of the ingredients to create it although it still gave us the option online to order.. They also didn 't have vegan cheese for the 'Big Cheese ' burger that we ordered. We were only told this development after waiting for 20 minutes for our food to arrive. (We were the only customers in the restaurant and we still had to wait that long! No manager on shift when we requested to speak to someone that could resolve our issue. We went on a Tuesday evening at about 6pm for our daughters birthday, family of four. We live locally and have used, and always enjoyed, Blacks and their burgers have been exceptional and never had cause to complain. They have recently had a refit, and it feels like it's removed all the atmosphere from the restaurant I can't put my finger on it, but something was missing. The staff barely spoke to us, he gave the menus but no explanation as to what to do, not a real problem, as we've been before but a simple bit of conversation wouldn't have hurt. Once our food was delivered, he never came and said is everything OK, when he cleared the dishes there was no was that OK, do you rant a dessert.... Voir le carte
