Way too expensive. I just sat to have a cup of cappuccino and got ripped off. Coffee was pretty good, but 4,60 bucks for a cappuccino was absolutely pricey.

They added a zero to my credit card charge. 8.08 showed up as 80.80 Euros. I tried to call but could not get through. I will have to contest the charge with my CC provider.

Excellent service, food and atmosphere! Hidden gem with gourmet food. Pomegranate, Pear and Chestnut salad was an unexpected surprise. Preparations and presentations were of the highest caliber. Quite upscale atmosphere. Voir le carte

If you want to get cheated, go to Il Magnifico Bar in Florence Italy. Here is my charge for a $33 Euro meal. I gave arguing, speaking no Italian. After showing my Italian friends they said the $5 Euro set up was typical but they totally ripped me off with the 50% surcharge

Way to salty! As a result, we could not eat the florentene steak or pizza. Explained the problem to the server,but did not recieve an offer to replace the meal or compensate. This is totally unacceptable. As a long time hotelier, I was shocked by this shortsighted approach to hospitality. Very dissapounting.

Delicious Florentine steaks, sold by weight. Ordered medium, received rare. We made the touristy mistake of trusting the server to recommend how much steak to get for 5 people. The bill was HUGE. Dropped in here while dodging rain showers for brunch. Looked busy and two of us ordered an American breakfast, two had pizzas. Pizzas were good but a lot of sauce but tasty. American breakfast seemed good value. Coffee we had cappuccinos, orange juice, pastries a really large jam filled croissant each all good. And then bacon and eggs. I’m a vegetarian my friend isn’t. I asked to swap my bacon for an extra egg. That didn’t happen they just left it off. Eggs were scrambled and fine. But I did feel I’d been robbed. This nice looking little restaurant on a small side street in Florence LOOKS like one of the local, family operations that we like to patronize when traveling. But looks here are deceiving! Even the most modest meal (the food isn 't bad and the menu prices are standard) here will cost you plenty. They have an automatic cover charge of 5 euros just to seat you, then they tack on a (very hefty for Italy) automatic 15% Tip. Tips are not customary in Italy and are usually 10% at best if the service is just awesome. The service was not awesome-it was just adequate. Horrible place, worst restaurant experience in my life. Went here for lunch. Price is criminal: They advertised with pizza for 10 euro's. They even came outside to welcome us and confirm this. In the end we had to pay over 66 euros for a very modest lunch with two pizza's and something to drink. They added coperto, IVA, and 15 !!! percent service. For incredibly bad service. Pizza was very basic. Very bad service inside: We were the only ones ! inside and had to wait for 15 minutes to get the attention of the only waiter, because he was talking with a friend, a few tables next to us, with his back to us.
