"The first visit we had paella for two this was great and full of flavour and cooked to perfection. The drinks were good and flowing nicely. We decided to visit for a second night so we thought we would change it up and go for...the tapas. This was also very good food and overall great stuff. The hummus was definitely homemade which is brilliant as you could tell from the taste. The drinks were also great on this night..they were that good we stayed at the bar and in the lobby drinking into the night. The first two meals we had would have been 5 stars (our server was amazing and so nice, we didn't catch his name but it was the gentleman who was working on the 7th March) but sadly our third meal has brought the rating down by 2 stars. It was very disappointing. We sat there for ages waiting for each part of the meal to happen (drinks, menu, food, bill) and when My wife did get her drink it was very poor compared to the previous same cocktails she had been given the previous nights during our stay, it didn't have any alcohol in, it didn't have crushed ice like usual and it was just lime juice soda water? I went and got a menu for my wife to quickly move onto wine to ensure we knew she would be getting our money's worth as €8 for a cocktail that was just soda water is costly! We then got the bread and dips (same situation as the previous two occasions) but the dip wasn't explained to us on the third night and and it looked like they were running out of balsamic vinegar along with bread as we got 4 slices between us on the third occasion but around 10 slices if varying bread between us on the other two occasions. Finally we got the food and it was a single portion of paella...we'd ordered a double portion and the only reason we knew it was a single was due to our prior experience, otherwise another customer wouldn't have known this. The paella was undercooked...had no lemon (which it had during our first visit)...had no peas (which it had during our first visit)...had no green beans (which it had during our first visit) and basically lacked any flavour or colour. We mentioned the small portion and we got served another poor dish of paella which was even more undercooked. The waitress said it was a new chef...fair enough. But 45 mins later I noticed a table near us being served a double portion of paella with the lemon, peas etc that we had been missing so how can this be the case of the new chef being the problem. We mentioned we didn't like the meal and it was very disappointing, the waiters next excuse was that you are changing the menu that is why this happened...so why did the other table get the normal paella? If the menu is changing I would advise that you think about changing the menu back and if it's a new chef I would advise you to train them much better. It's a shame our last experience was so poor and all we were offered was an alcohol free cocktail... Poor service and poor food. The total time for this meal was just short of 2 hours which we had a three course meal of fine dining the previous night which only just took longer than this one course! For the above reason I wouldn't recommend this restaurant as you wouldn't be guaranteed the service you will get or the quality of the food. See photos for good comparisons of our experience."
