"We got here upon a suggestion from locals. No regrets! It’s a simple restaurant offering in one side one of the best pizza we ever had in the south of Italy. You can customise a lot, you can ask, as we did, pizza stesa bene … which is not much Neapolitan style but rather roman style, thin and crispy. I asked a bianca with alici a fine cottura (better! and was like having a crostino romano. As a starter we had two tarallo fritto, one with burrata and capocollo di martina franca that was SUPER! My wife had Tarallo and mozzarella plus parma ham, excellent as well (but mine was better . We had a primitivo red wine, almost 15 degrees, that improved substantially our happiness. The restaurant also serves buns and pucce with hamburgers… forget standard style, these are 100% home made a-z. We say it passing by but were too full to try. Hope next time. Price… insignificant really. Only for locals apparently, no tourists around. We’ll come again! Thanks for serving us with a smile that only in Salento you could receive"

"Un' esperienza stupefacente. Sono della campania ed amo ovviamente il cibo in tutte le sue forme. Viaggio e provo tanti ristoranti, ma ultimamente mi risultava difficile trovare cibo buonissimo e saporito come quello provato stasera. Anche un semplice fritto misto aveva un gusto, profumi e sapori trovati in pochissimi ristoranti. Cozze gratinate che solo il sapore della cozza fresca bastava, ma la gratinatura era un qualcosa di spettacolare. Una ricerca della materia prima ed un' eccellente lavorazione fanno uscire dei piatti ricchi di sapore e presentati in modo perfetto. Ci ritornerò sicuramente anche se dovrò fare diverse ore di auto per raggiungerlo."

Menù, purely Apulian with traditional dishes, the great pugliese appetizer with small quite good goats but the eggplant of cold eggplants, good instead the swordfish carpaccio with jam and frittini. excellent pici with parmesan cream served in the characteristic form. while the linguini to the ricci insapori and with very little curl. ears at the top of the turnip with anchovies not commentary, second fried of normal calamari, while the carpaccio squid calamari well grilled, with contour of potatoes, served cold wing. sweet, good bread with English cream. prices in the norm, you could however improve in the goto of some dishes, and painful note the dishes must be served all together and not to spicy. ?"

"Ho il piacere di scrivere la recensione N.500! Personale molto gentile e disponibile, nonostante fosse sabato sera e noi arrivati in ritardo sono riusciti a farci accomodare senza alcun problema e senza alcuna attesa. La carne è buonissima, cotta al punto giusto, da provare le Pittule con stracciatella, rucola e capocollo. Dolci della casa buonissimi!!! P.s. "Location to make your eyes shine, pleasant and from 1000 and one night, you definitely don't often happen to dine in such a context! I really enjoyed dinner, tuna tartare with the delicious mango and also the very delicate fry, I have to say some negative notes I found it in spaghetti with clams.. too preponderant the tomato, very good for the love of the sky, but I asked a spaghettata to the clams not to the tomato.... And the service a little slow, we waited a bit to order, we had to ask the basket with the ice for the rosé that can not fail) and twice the bill.... The room was very manageable and no overcrowding... with an account of 245 euros the service must excel at all points of view."
