The staff was pleasant, and the ambiance was fantastic. The food was outstanding.

Starters and dessert were nice, but mains ... Burger and bass were nice, steak and chickhen were overcooked...

The staff was incredibly helpful when my daughter and I arrived with her wheelchair (which I hadn't mentioned when making the reservation). They opened a door to provide easy access for her, and the accessible restroom was also easy for her to reach.

Easily booked table for four. On arrival, our table was ready friendly staff and lovely environment. Food drinks served without fault in a timely manner. Great food both in presentation and taste. We all enjoyed our meals time passed too quickly but we were under no pressure to vacate our table. We shall return!

The food was delightful, and most of the waitstaff were polite and attentive. However, there was one waitress, who I believe had brown hair, that continually gave my friend and me dirty looks for no apparent reason; she just kept staring at our table. I've dined at Bill's several times before, and those experiences were excellent, so it was disappointing that this visit didn't meet the same standard.

This was a family gathering for a 40th Birthday celebration. We had travelled from various parts of the country to meet up. Bill’s perfectly suited our multigenerational party after a day at the zoo. I have to say the staff were exceptional in unpacking and serving the cake I had brought along, which needed some last minute decoration. They even supplied boxes for family members to take cake home as we were too full to eat any after our meal.

We have always enjoyed eating at Bills with the ability to have a reasonable choice from the menu. Sadly my colleague, like many many people these days,has a food intolerance to garlic and many hot spices. Looking at the menu the only meal that was a sensible choice was the Steak and chips which we both chose. We both thoroughly enjoyed our meal, the steak was cooked to our liking and we knew there would be no unfortunate after effects. I cannot fault the service we were given, we actually spoke to the manager who fully understood our food intolerance problem as she too has a garlic intolerance. We would like to return but feel maybe some of the menu could include a few choices that are garl...
