Der Quinoasalat mit Gemüse und Hummus etwas fad gewürzt, und nur ein kleiner Kleks Hummus. Auf der Karte befinden sich vegan deklarierte frittierte Auberginen mit Honig ? . Angesichts der nur wenigen in Ronda vorhandenen veganen Angebote eine gute Option für einen kurzen Abstecher. Mit dem Wein können sie eher punkten der war sehr gut!

No hay un repertorio amplísimo, pero en una ciudad como Ronda donde se lleva la carne por bandera, Bifana es un oasis. El personal, en especial la camarera del turno de mediodía, es muy amable y conoce a la perfección qué platos son veganos y cuáles son adaptables. Disponen de una carta con los platos veganos señalizados. Además, el ajoblanco y las patatas bravas también son veganas aunque no estén señalizados como tal. Comes bastante bien, el precio es muy correcto y la calidad de la comida es bastante adecuada a lo que pagas. Todo genial, vaya. Para mí es el sitio más recomendable de la ciudad. Voir le carte
