Here you will find good beers in a nice outdoor setting. Food is fairly decent. Waitress awards herself the tip regardless. Great spot on a sunny day.

We stopped in for a few beers after a day of touring. But the most fun was the shot of schnapps that had a cherry with a nail in it. After the shot, you hammered the nail into your table. It was fun!

I loved this place. small, charming atmosphere of the old world at a quiet end of the road. only one server, but she did a great job. we had herring and kartoffels and it was fantastic with a great glass reisling. my friend had the cod.

went with my mother and loved the scenic outdoor terrace, surrounded and hidden by bushes with views of the river. I ordered a tasty and cheap white beer, she had cocosis that she enjoyed. problem came when paying, a waiter who wasn't our waiter got.

We were ther for dinner and we didn't regret going there. It's on the more quiet side of the Alter Strom The service was very friendly and quick and the dishes they served were yummy. Diesmal war ich mit meiner Frau da. Unsere Bedienung war wie immer super nett, das Ambiente ist richtig gemütlich und das Essen war wie immer lecker. Ich hatte Matjesfilet nordische Art (für die grünen Heringe war keine Fangsaison) und meine Frau hatte Rostocker Pfannenfisch. Dazu ein alkoholfreies Hefe-Weißbier, eine Weinschorle und zwei Pott Kaffee für insgesamt 47,40 Euro. Absolut empfehlenswert.

This is a very picturesque little inn in Warnemunde. But when summer comes along they need to shape up, thoroughly. The service is ok but the food is grey and not up to standards. Especially when you know how good it can be in unpretentious...places in Germany. If you say cream on the menu- use it. And what about some spices and colour that tickles the palate? Rustique restaurant at the quieter part of the Alter Strom offering fish and meat dishes, as well as vegetarian options and special kids meals. The little garden is great for outdoor seating and for watching the people passing by. We had two fish dishes which...were ok, but not outstanding. The atmosphere was nice and the restaurant inside looks very cozy . For bigger groups I would recommend to reserve in advance. Prices are decent with Euro for a full meal. The waitress was great.
