Ricerca e innovazione nella preparazione e presentazione di piatti interessanti, dagli accostamenti inediti e ben riusciti, ma è possibile trovare nel menù anche piatti classici. Porzioni soddisfacenti. Servizio efficiente senza attese estenuanti. Personale cordiale e professionale. Ottimo rapporto di qualità prezzo. Vale la pena allontanarsi da Gaeta e Sperlonga per trovare un servizio di qualità a prezzi più contenuti. "We stayed at the owner’s bed and breakfast down the road and were invited to this restaurant for dinner. What can I say, but wow! I think this dinner was our best in Italy, and that’s saying something after visiting Rome, Florence and a a five-star resort and spa in the Tuscan countryside! The only person in the restaurant that spoke English was the chef, and he was more than happy to come out and visit our table and ask us what types of food we like. He then asked us if we would trust him, and we said “yes, of course!“ We were not let down! What followed was a truly unique dining experience that began with a pasta dish that included a cream-based Bolognese sauce, mushrooms, peas and a few diced carrots, all of it fresh, hot and undeniably delicious! Next up was a bottle of local Merlot paired with a large bacon-wrapped grilled fillet and roasted potatoes. The chef then brought us some after-dinner liquor made by his wife. We were too full for coffee and dessert, but we’re sure it would’ve been just as wonderful. Hands-down, the best meal we’ve had during our time in Italy! We could not recommend with a higher level of confidence that you will enjoy a one-of-a-kind meal at a very affordable price (about half the cost of a similar meal in Florence)!"

"storica pizzeria a fondi, che ha saputo rinnovarsi nel tempo. camera moderna e pulita, bagni impeccabile, un ampio parcheggio e numerosi tavoli sia all'interno che all'esterno. pizza da tagliare molto bene, così come i pini, che sono leggeri e di qualità. fritte sufficienti, mentre i dolci sono molto buoni. una nota dolorosa è l'attesa, che soprattutto nel w.e Sta diventando vertiginoso. rapporto qualità/prezzo nella norma. raccomandato."

"The place that you don't expect between the streets of the historic center of Fondi. Local with more rooms and all very particular and evocative with a beautiful interior garden of which unfortunately we could not take advantage of bad weather cause. The menu is not very wide but all the dishes would be to try. The meatballs of cod and risotto with red prawns and stracciata I would say fabulous, special fried octopus and to try, a little deceased pasta with swordfish and eggplants. We opted to have cocktails for which the restaurant is renowned, but remain tied to a good wine. However super positive experience also thanks to an excellent service of the girls who followed the table."
