Studying abroad in London for a semester and Bertotti opened down the street from my flat I was obsessed, delicious gelato amazing customer service. I would highly recommend the coconut, raspberry and coffee gelato.

Their gelato is amazing! I would rate it for sure! Lovely location in the heart of Hammersmith, friendly staff and I quite love their cookies and croissants too.. Not too fond on their cappuccino, but I absolutely love the place and atmosphere.

Decent neighbourhood Italian gelateria. Not expensive. Better than anything around the area (Hammersmith, Shepherds Bush, Brook Green). Can you find better? Well, yes in S Kensington or in Chiswick or Westfield. and at a higher cost. Would I come back? Definitely. I would also encourage...people to leave the busy high street and walk up Hammersmith Grove to get some. It is worth that journey. Voir le carte

I finally had time to have a light lunch at this little cafe, quite close to the Goldhawk Rd. Underground Station. Very friendly service and a lovely looking array of Gelato. Since it was a cold day I chose a freshly made waffle with Maple...syrup instead.. The other choices looked very tempting. It was very welcoming and I like the shabby- chic style. The cafe is a little oasis in an area that has little to offer in the way of fresh food, coffee and Gelato. A local resident

Dropped in for coffee while passing and decided to have ice-cream as well. Coffee both better and cheaper than most places, well worth the walk from Hammersmith centre, and the ice-cream is probably worth a trip from anywhere! Loads of flavours interestingly presented and available...in many different ways. All the ones we tried were of the very highest standard. The café itself was an interesting place to be and it was its appearance that stopped us walking by and missing a great experience. Service is friendly and efficient and prices lower than you expect in London or anywhere else, really.

Bertotti little kinda bistro. Even though ice creams are the main selling product, you can get some cakes and sandwiches too. The atmosphere is ok-ish, a little bit crammed with little tables and mushroom looking seats. We tried types of ice creams and sorbets...and were not appealed but not amazed either. If you think about average gelato, this would probably be it, quite sweet, with a bit of flavour but far away from what you would expect from a proper gelateria. There's something worth mentioning that left a bit of a sour taste and it's the sandwiches paninis that looked absolutely repulsive, probably because they were sitting there for some time.
