Bella Venezia - Carte

Took my 2 daughters for dinner this evening, and the food, staff and ambience were just right. Pleased we supported local and will be back soon.

Solid Italian food in Knowle. Small dining room, so I suggest you book in advance. I really enjoyed the pizza and my partner was a fan of the pasta.

Our reservation was cancelled only 2 hours before we were supposed to arrive, because a larger last-minute booking took priority. There is no guarantee that any reservation will be honored.

Fairly new to the area, have visited this place 3 times in the past week, amazing pizzas!!. Very friendly staff have had take out pizza each time. Taste is amazing, beautifully cooked and delicious. Highly recommend

We made a reservation for 4 people at the restaurant. We received confirmation, so we booked a taxi. However, we received a text in the afternoon to cancel the reservation with no explanation. This was disappointing and unacceptable. Voir le carte

We have always loved coming to this restaurant and enjoying the beef stroganoff. Unfortunately tonight it was not beef stroganoff more like beef in red wine sauce with sticky rice. Oh and just a little note that the waiter kept coughing which was very off putting, didn’t see him sanitise his hands once. Really disappointed as won’t be eating here again

I visited Bella Venezia last night with friends and I 'm sad to say it was rather disappointing. The Minestrone Soup was awful...it was some type of bland soup with vegetables just added into it. The spicy Meatballs 'werent so ' .The Pizzas were soggy.. I 'm sure this was due to the oven not being hot enough, such a school boy error...nice toppings though! The Seabass was really, really nice but at £20, not to have it served with anything other that a curl of lemon seemed a bit pricey compared to so many other restaurants around. £3.95 per side...makes it very expensive indeed. On top of all this ,there was no nice relaxed atmosphere,the staff seemed so rushed and disconnected from us...henc...

I am concerned about the inconsistency at this restaurant. While it used to be good in the past, I will not be returning or recommending it in the future. Like others, I had made a reservation well in advance for a Saturday night for two people. When I arrived at the scheduled time, the restaurant was closed with no explanation. Despite trying to contact them, there was no response, not even a recorded message. They could have at least called to inform us of the closure. It seems we were not the only ones surprised that night, as another party of four experienced the same frustration. If they do not improve their customer service, they do not deserve business.
