Bella Italia - Carte

Called in for tea after going to the theatre. Had a lovely meal. Service excellent, staff were friendly. Will definitely be going back.

First time at a belle Italia! Food great! Great atmosphere and our waiter Jed was the icing on the cake! Great laughs!! Brilliant!! Would recommend!!

cleo may be the most efficient, professional and welcoming employee I have ever experienced in hospitality. her love for detail and the warm welcoming atmosphere is not too short. she is clearly a problem-solder with a passion to keep the customer happy. I'm blown away. by their service. this angel is more certified asset for the company will eat again without doubt!

we went for a meal on Saturday evening to this bella italia was our first visit in new brighton restaurant as we live the next chester, at arrival waiter jed was very friendly with his lively personality, eating was excellent with fabulous service...and he gave us a 30% discount voucher for our return, which we already plan a pleasant restaurant experience with excellent service Voir le carte

Came today with a friend for a quick meal have never had such a lovely and attentive waiter! Food could have been horrendous and I still would of had a lovely time he is an absolute GEM!!! A total credit to the place,...honestly best service I have ever received, nothing was to much! And then when he said he was new he could be running the place!!!! Honestly amazing, thank you so much Jed and I hope you are appreciated in all that you do, wishing you all the best in your new job xxxxx

Came here before a trip to the floral pavilion theatre with my 2 daughters, we first went into prezzo but were left standing by the door for 10 minutes before being seated despite there being plenty of empty tables and informed we would wait at...least 30 mins for food so decided to try bella italia next door and what a difference we were greeted and seated right away staff were attentive without being rushed food was very good quality served quickly enough and Luke who was our waiter was very helpfull and cheerfull nothing was too much trouble we were so impressed we have booked to go again before another theatre trip in couple of weeks and will be going there plenty of times in the future...

I arrived in what I thought would be plenty time to eat and still get to the theatre for 7.30 as it is about three minutes walk from the restaurant. When I got there at 6.15 I was told by front of house the girl...said she would see if she could free up a table in a couple of minutes. I bought a drink at the bar and she came and led me to a table saying that someone would take my order in a couple of minutes. Even although there were many empty tables and no-one ever sat at any of them during the hour that I was there. 14 minutes later I decided I had better leave as a waiter was swanning around with a large pepper mill and chatting to one young couple.
