"I had booked this restaurant as a surprise for my girlfriend's birthday weekend, as she is a dedicated mother of two and a full-time special needs teacher. However, to my disappointment, the restaurant was closed in February. This completely ruined what was supposed to be a special getaway. Belgo Noord is no longer operational. I booked a table through this (opentable) website, received a booking confirmation email, only to find that, when we turned up, the place was locked. Idiotic to keep the listing open.
