"we discovered this tavern by chance and it was an absolutely positive experience. Many of these premises around Italy are called osteri to find you then in pseudo-restaurants with sophisticated dishes and exaggerated price. this is a real tavern, with a very familiar management, where you eat good homemade dishes. the owner, who we had the opportunity to know thanks to a long chat, is very kind and very helpful. the service was very fast and considering that the room was full and that it is the same owner alone to manage the entire room, besides making compliments you do not need to add more. appetizers, especially those made from vegetables, produced directly by him, were very appreciated, in normal place the appetizer based on meat. Great grilled pork. Because we'll get back to getting more, I'll reserve the 5 stars for next time's carbonara."

"Il gambero di Mazzara con granella di pistacchio di Bronte é la fine del mondo! Ho provato questo ristorante in onore della mia festa di compleanno e devo dire che é stata una ottima scelta! Tutto il personale in sala é preparatissimo, sanno consigliare minuziosamente sulla scelta idonea del vino, anche in relazione ai gusti personali dei clienti, e non in ultimo hanno una selezione di dolci siciliani eccezionali oltre che una scelta di amari molto particolari. É letteralmente un gioiello incastonato a Fiano Romano. Dovete andarci!"

"In questo Casale nel verde della campagna Romana puoi gustare i piatti tipici della Tradizione Romana ma anche assaporare I’m gusto del Tartufo o della carne alla brace . Da migliorare il carnet dì selezione per Celiaci Buona la Cantina a parte qualche piccola mancanza dichiarata. Il pane se posso , da migliorare sopratutto nel fine settimana, prima era superiore.Buono L antipasto dalla coratella alla trippa per attraversare la polenta ansia sia ai funghi che al cinghiale .Primi piatti molto buoni. I dolci fatti in casa veramente deliziosi .ottima la disponibilità del parcheggio . prezzo abbastanza sopra la media ma vale la qualità."

"very nice environment in green and fresh, with pool and garden. service is more than good and fast times; great pizza, good pizza only if you like the Roman, very thin and scrocchiarella. beautiful idea of the half kilo of meat filled with double burgers in a double sandwich, scenographic to the view, almost impossible to get to the end! Poor chips. Heavy cheese cake with a layer of cream 10 cm high enough stomach; sin because of good goto. I would lower the cream much to get to the end more serenely and feel more the base of cookies very pleasant. price fair"

"I don 't often give five stars but we were treated like family here even though it was a chance stop from the nearby campsite. The result was a thoroughly enjoyable evening. Firstly there are antipasti on the house in addition to any you may order we got pizza bianca, zucchini britti and bruschetta though I noted this can vary slightly. You can then play the menu any way you wish. We just went for an antipasto and a primo piatto each, but I noted others stringing it out or turning it into a set meal. Regardless of the server, this was all done with a smile the waiter behaves almost like a consultant, guiding you the options (and ensuring you, as a foreigner, know what you are doing! We were quite full after all that but another note was that the glasses of wine were big no half measures here! So if you like just a glass with your meal, this is the place for it! On the negative side, there was nothing! Even the view is great here. A lovely occasion at a superb place."
