Popped in for a quick coffee and a bite to eat. The staff were very attentive, and food came out fresh and hot. Will be coming back soon!

Stopped off here again for a bite to eat while visiting Chelmsford shopping district and again the experience was good. Staff friendly and cake good, what more do you need?

Whenever I go shopping in Chelmsford, I almost always get a coffee, either to enjoy in the shop or to take away. I have visited many places, but this one is definitely my favorite. Their mocha frappé is fantastic, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Thank you very much.

we sat down with our coffee and cake and they cordeneded us off, as in someone got a barrier and put it around our table, they then cleaned the rest of the cafe. this was a good hour before the place was due to shut. the coffee was bland machine fodder and the cake was a muffin and was no good at all, it was very expensive too.

when i ordered food from your shop, a new lady that had recently joined you served me, she wasnt wearing a mask and she wasn't very polite. I ordered a flat white coffee and a ham and cheese TOASTIE. The ham and cheese toastie wasn't event toasted and was cold and my flat white coffee was on the edge of being cold. I WON'T BE COMING BACK

I have been coming to this restaurant for about a year now and I have not a single complaint. The staff are incredibly kind, especially my favorite lady who always remembers my order of flat white and americano. She deserves a huge raise! The food and coffee are both great. Although it may not be as cheap as McDonald's coffee, it is definitely worth the price for a much better quality. Honestly, there are no downsides to this place, just a fantastic coffee shop with an amazing atmosphere. I would highly recommend it, 10/10.

When I walked by the shop on a late Saturday afternoon, the shop order caught my eye so I walked over to take a look. He suggested I try the muffin and coffee. I'm always looking for new places to try coffee. As a Starbucks coffee fan, we have a conversation back and forth over a sweet treat. But I was pleasantly surprised by the flavour of this coffee at BB coffee. Was better than any other coffee shop I've tried. There was also a wide variety of muffins to choose from so I took a few. There are three different types and each has its own flavour, so you have to try them for yourself

Do you want to have a quiet coffee in a peaceful surrounding. Do you want to be served with staff that have attention to detail and give you the chance to choose what you want....... then this is definitely NOT the place to be. The staff are loud. You can hear their conversations even outside the shop. They ask customers questions in a loud arrogant tone. There are good points. Its clean. Accessible for wheelchairs. Nice outside table area. Good coffee. Its just ruined by the staff. This is the perfect place to come if your in a large party as you may have a chance of drowning out the staff. And if I want a muffin....I,ll ask for one. I don't need a complete run down of the menu. I can decid...
