This Saturday we went and we were the only customers all night (at least until we left at 22.00), such a pity for them. The food was good as the price was reasonable. Apart from other customers we missed a little interaction from the owner, he warmed a little by the end but it was a bit cold to start. Maybe he is always dry like this but it could also be the disappointment of a 65euro night! All cervo (deer) dishes were good.

Our guide suggested this place while visiting the lake cumo area. We had their specialties of the day. A pasta made with buckwheat and cheese, ravioli and pasta with a venison red sauce. They were all fantastic. Even my girlfriend who had never enjoyed venison before had seconds. Like many Italian trattorias they have a local red wine they serve in a pitcher. It also was very drinkable. The owner serves the tables and his 20 year old son is the chef. If you like to race cars you will want to talk to the son who has lots of experience.
