First time visiting the place and its a sexy place. The service was prompt, the atmosphere really good, Cocktails were served by a smiley Mark. Will definitely be coming back. Its worth visiting

excellent event in the beautiful hays galleria, right at the river at the london bridge station. really friendly, professional staff, nice eating and drinks. we always go on Thursday as they have a great dj, who plays all our desires. a really funny and lively after work out at night. definitiw back

I have always appreciated the selection of wines at Balls Brothers, and the cocktails are also quite good. When we finally tried the food, I discovered a great variety of dishes available. The restaurant can get quite noisy when it's busy, and service may be slower during peak hours, but it's still worth a visit for a get-together with friends. My family and I decided to dine at Balls Brothers at Hays Galleria on a Friday night, but we were very disappointed with our experience. The restaurant was lively and crowded when we arrived, but that was not the main issue. Our table was dirty, and when we asked for it to be cleaned, we were seated under a loud music speaker which made it impossible to have a conversation. When we requested for the volume to be lowered, the waiter refused. We waited for menus for 20 minutes before deciding to leave and dine at another nearby restaurant.

we went on a Friday night after work to a meal. was a nice atmosphere, but very busy and a little understated, as result there were some delays. we had both steak medium rare and it was amazing. it was perfectly cooked and would simply melt in the mouth, I would definitely recommend trying the steak when they go. the second round of cocktails was and little dissapointing, we ordered an old fashion and a martini. They had no olives for the martini and the old fashion were not the best. about everything it was a nice experience and I would go back, but at a less busy evening.

we hosted our work Christmas celebration at the alexander hay in februar 2022 and my feedback is nothing but positiw. the venue was so courteous, especially around us, who had to be redesigned due to Covid restrictions. we had a buffet for eating including dessert and the whole food was delicious, something for everyone. adam was our contact at the venue and he was brilliant, always friendly, helpful and on the hand to answer questions. the rest of the bar staff in the night was also very friendly and quick to use. I would recommend the alexander hay after working for all work parties or drinks, it is a really nice place. the dj was also great! many thanks for everything that helps us to go... Voir le carte
