It apparently now has new owners who are doing away with serving the tea and coffee in proper cups and are now using paper ones as a way of doing further environmental harm as well as asserting their right to deteriorate the quality of the customer experience. I won’t be returning again. Why is it so difficult for these cafe owners to understand the basics of customer requirements?"

Stumbled across this when mooching round Manchester. No cross contamination as they use a separate area and toaster gloves. Very nice it was too.

We were thrilled to see they have gluten free bagels which were very nice but I only counted 2-3 vegetarian options which is pretty rubbish and nothing vegan.

Visited a couple of times. Always have the Wholemeal bagel Ham Swiss cheese and Mayonnaise . Food is always fantastic and well worth the money. Give it a try, there is something for everyone here! Voir le carte

The Americano was weak almost like tea in fact I thought they have served tea by mistake until I got the vague aroma of coffee from it. The quality was poor too. Bagel was stale and tasteless. Not good.

Had a crayfish and avacado filling on a wholemeal bagel. It's my favourate filling when I visit Bagel Nash in the Arndal Centre Manchester. It's good value for money as it comes in a meal deal with any drink included.

This used to be my place of choice when shopping in Manchester, not any more, the bagel was stale and disappointing. my partners burger was absolutely disgusting, the cheapest ingredients imaginable. The service also left a lot to be desired. Voir le carte

Visited for a quick bite whilst shopping. Service was friendly but slow. Bagel was average, I had the mexican chicken. Paid £5.99 for a bagel, drink and an apple then another £3.05 for an ice americano which I felt was over priced for how weak the coffee was.

As a regular visitor to the Arndale branch , wonderful staff and got to know them personally all I can say is they deserve gold medals to put up with crap from head office you guys in Arndale ? Super stars Andrei is talented and a whinging example to how to manage a good team
