Baci - Menu

We went for my birthday 7pm on Friday 2nd June. There was nobody at all in the restaurant? We went elsewhere. Not sure why this was and nobody came to even great us. Shame as it used to be rammed on a Friday night

I had duck and my husband had serloin steak, both were tough, it’s as though they took it out of the freezer, de-thawed it, then microwaved it. It’s not the way to do it. Wouldn’t order these again. The starter ribs were good. Perhaps if I do go back I’ll order two starters.

My family visited the restaurant on a busy Saturday night. We were seated promptly by the great staff and quickly ordered drinks. Despite the busy atmosphere, the service was impressively fast. The food we ordered was excellent, especially my personal favorite, the baci prima Vera, which was delicious and exactly how I like it. We ended the meal with some delicious coffees.

The restaurant was bustling, indicating its popularity among diners. While the starters were good, the overall food and service were average. Unfortunately, the main courses fell short of expectations, with one meal being incorrect and the portions of the other meals appearing inadequate. The vegetables were served without spoons, and there was a lack of cheese offered with one dish. Despite these shortcomings, the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The food is lovely but honestly the head waiter on duty tonight 27.08) is sooooo annoying. The restaurant was not really busy and yet he flies around like he owns the place he doesn't). He is constantly wanting to refill your drinks and yes every 10 minutes is annoying to be asked. Then he ordered a waitress to clear empty plates when one of our party was still eating. That's just rude! I told the waitress to leave as someone still eating but by then they didn't feel they could finish their meal. As a party we couldn't wait to leave. Honestly puts me off going again

A friend of mine organised a meet up for us at Baci. Although I knew the area, I had never been to this restaurant. It was easy to find and had a good sized car park. I was the first to arrive in our party and I was asked to take a seat at the bar. There was a friendly atmosphere and when my two friends arrived we were shown to our table. The waiter who looked after us was friendly and efficient. The starters were a good size, I had bruschetta and it was delicious and then for a main meal I chose vegetable risotto which was perfect. For dessert I choose tiramisu which I loved. All three of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals and the atmosphere. In fact we were the last to leave! Highly recommend...

The service started off well with attentive staff taking our orders and delivering our food and drinks promptly. However, after our initial order, we were neglected for the rest of our meal. Despite asking for more drinks and the dessert menu, they never arrived, and we had to flag down a waitress to ask for the bill after waiting for 20 minutes. Ultimately, we had to go to the bar to pay. The food itself was disappointing, with watery sauces and bland steak. It felt like our party of two wasn't worth the restaurant's time. We have had much better experiences at other Italian restaurants such as Leo's and Ciao Naoli, which offer a more intimate atmosphere and superior food and service. Addit...

Is a fantastic restaurant we been a fews time with family, it always been good but this time I think the standard have drop.the service is ok but a lots of waiting for the service, we ordered 2 soup and a tomato garlic bread it take a long time to come and the the garlic bread literally it got bubble burn all round the edge ! I mean burn, I am also a chef for over 40s years believe me I won’t serve that to any of my customers Of course I did not complain when staff ask is everything alright they can see is not because I got all the burn bits on the plate and table I work in catering for a long time I never complain I know the feeling when customers complain. This was a 60th birthday party that was planned 3 months in advance with Baci, there was no one else in the diary at the time. It was for a party of 26. On the night of the 60th, the surprise was ruined by a member of staff ringing me to ask if I’d been up with balloons and to tell me that the manager told staff to move the decorations and table arrangements.
